December 26th Bug-Fixing Build

Hi again! We’re planning to upgrade the game engine from Unity 2017 to Unity 2018, which will probably take a few days. If you have to wait a few days until the next update, I want you to have the most stable and bug-free build possible, so I’m releasing a new build with some miscellaneous bug fixes.

Fixes, Changes, and Additions

  • Fixed bug that allowed the player to mop up the fake blood in the Photography Club’s fake crime scene.
  • Fixed bug that would cause carrots to float in midair when digging a hole in the Gardening Club.
  • From now on, if a club closes down, the corresponding “Join our club!” poster will disappear.
  • Fixed bug that prevented Yandere-chan from being able to commit murder after loading a save.
  • There is now a confirmation window when deleting your save data at the Calendar screen.
  • There is now a confirmation window when deleting your save data at the Title screen.
  • Fixed bug that would cause Dora to play the wrong instrument after reloading a save.
  • Replaced one of Yandere-chan’s original hair models with an improved version.
  • Fixed bug that prevented Yandere-chan from being able to wear eyepatches.
  • Updated Riku and Kokona’s eye colors.

  1. Take your time Yandere Dev! I am not mad when you keep updating the game on technology points! But i hope you gonna be change ore making Yandere-chans eyes better than before, she looks to dark for me (in her personality way), i would wish she looks more normal like a girl would be with the new eyes that now all have.

  6. Yandere dev, I was playing around with the edit face option and then wondered if you should have a hair physics option. You can just change the hair physics to other students just for fun.

  7. Can you please take your time. We haven’t had any new on Osana or the obstacle aka Osanas sister. I would like the game to have all the features it needs first beforehand adding them because it may cause more bugs which could get worse

  9. I havent tested the new builds, but I have a question, now that we cant take characters near the delinquents, is it possible to find out if Kokona likes earrings or not? Since you can’t take her near them, and Haruto was removed, there aren’t any characters we can take Kokona near with earrings, I don’t think

    • In the finished build, there will be no reason to eliminate Kokona, so making it possible for Kokona to be able to admire the delinquents would be a wast of time. Another thing is, almost all the students are intimidated by the delinquents and would not like to go near them, that’s why they are in the back of the school.

      • She’ll probably be the one you have to talk to to befriend Kizana anyway, I think its to do with a task involving Kizana having twin drills, and wanting Kokona to change her hair to something else so she can be the only one with the hairstyle c:

  21. The update is very cool,i love the new drama club,the photography club leader’s new appearance and that you can save and load your game.
    But there is something like a bug:
    After saving a file and then loading it,when you take a picture of a student and send it to info-chan is a blank pink screen.
    Keep up the hard work but sometimes just chill when you have done too much,spending your whole life-time on this game is enough already!

  24. Yandere Dev could you place the persona mirror in another room? Because, if you kill a Light Music Club member, the club closes, and the we cant use that mirror. I do not play the newest builds so i you have done that already I did not know. Anyway, keep it up Dude! You are working on an amazing project, just say it if you need help! Me and the fans are always here for you! P.S. just forget about those ”Gremlings” we’ll defend you! If I have a new computer, I can make new Yandere vids! Anyway, Merry X-Mas!

  29. Good afternoon (evening; morning), Yandere Dev! I found a very strange bug. I killed 49 students (Alerts: 661, Friends: No, Club: None, Mood: 0; Miyuji is depressed; Occult club, Sports Club and Martial Arts Club aren`t disbanded), Wednesday. I came to school in with gloves on Ayno`s hands from Drama Club that I can’t take off, I talked to one of the students and told him(her) to follow me, after that he(she) was standing where we were talking and I couldn’t talk to anyone else.

  35. I have a bug. So basically I joined the Martial Arts Club, changed into the outfit, killed the Basu Sisters, Horuda Puresu, Hoshiko Mizudori, the red haired gardening club member, and then when I tried to kill the P.E. Teacher, she apprehended me even though I’m in the Martial Arts club. The weapon I used was a knife.
