I’ve got two things for you today! The first thing is a new build of the game, with some bug fixes and adjustments. The second thing is…a rap battle between Yandere-chan and Osana Najimi! Yes, that’s right! You can see the battle here:
Fixes and Changes
- Updated some of the sanity-based killing animations so that the victim’s body would not wind up too far away from their position at the beginning of the animations.
- Fixed bug that was causing a shadow to appear over Yandere-chan’s face if the player activated the panty censor before or during Tornado Mode.
- Fixed bug that was causing the “Befriend/Betray” cutscene to break if the player had chosen the 6th school uniform.
- Changed the functionality of Blade Hair Mode. The original functionality was too difficult to activate.
- If school atmosphere is low, the school’s loading screen will be different.
- Fixed clipping problems with a few of Yandere-chan’s hairstyles.
- Sanity-based killing animations are now activated by default.
- Added twelve new hairstyles for Yandere-chan.
- Added one new accessory for Yandere-chan.
- Fixed typos in the game’s credits.

I agree, Ayano won by a landslide.
I personally like the new bat sanity based attack animations – I think they have improved by a long shot! There were a few bugs I encountered, for example:
-Students who were attacked with the bat stealth attack, frontal attack and medium-sanity attack will bounce up in the air
-After attacking someone with the sanity animations, the frame rate drops. I don’t know if this is just me or if it’s the game that’s causing this
There might be a few more bugs that I haven’t seen yet, but I’ll be sure to post them as soon as I get them!
Also, with the “Cyborg” Easter Egg, the “Energy Sword” has the katana killing animations.

I know that this is unrelated, but I just want to get somebody else’s opinion, for a cool mode idea i thought of.
Sandbox mode
Survival like mode – every character wants senpai, and kill each other, including yandere
Harder survival like mode – in this mode EVERYONE wants senpai, including the teachers, who will also kill students, teachers, and yandere
Blind teachers – teachers do not see murders, police will still arrive after you leave
That was amazing and Ayano won but wooow love it
I have no idea myself but someone just uploaded a game with all the same principles as this one on steam greenlight. I don’t know your coding, or game copyright law, but I think you may want to check it out. People have taken to posting other peoples games on steam to make money on it before the real developer can.

I don’t think that that is meant to be a copywritten thing. (In my opinion) I’ve played the game for free on mobile and it does have a similar principle, yes but the games are not the same. It’s not the only one out there either. I honestly wouldn’t worry about it too much. If they really wanted to rip off Yandere-Sim they would have put in more time and effort because the game is 1000x easier than what Yandere-Dev is planning on doing to his game. (If you decide to try it you’ll see what I mean.)
I saw this game and at the beginning I reacted furious – the pure carbon-copy rip-off – but after some thought I added a message about similar case in film industry, with Pixar movie and very similar DreamWorks one. My opinion – let this guy do his thing, it will probably be a very poor game and won’t make any damage to Yandere Simulator. If it would (by some miracle) be a good game, it will only add fame to Yandere Sim.
BTW – they have a playable demo on Android, can somebody check it?

Seeing on how you didn’t reply to my other suggestion, you either didn’t have the time to read it, you’re still considering you choice, or you rejected it. Well I have another suggestion that I think you’ll accept, but I won’t count on it. This suggestion is adding a few simple animations to Yan-chan and other characters to give the game a more realistic feel. One example is animations while traversing stairs, this could make it look like that their feet are ACTUALLY touching the steps. And in addition, you could add one animation for the walking speed and one for the running speed. And to make it more realistic, you could slow down the characters speed while they’re on the stair to simulate what it’s like to go up stairs in real life. I have more animations I wanna suggest, but I’ll stop at the stairs. hope you have a good time.

You know, most video games don’t have an actual NPC or Player touching the steps. If there is animations it will become very annoying, it would be like those old games when an animation appears for when you’re going up a ladder. It will slow down the game when you are trying to run away and it will just make the game annoyingly hard. Most games do not add animation on the stairs, most players don’t even mind.
Also Yandere-Dev had said before that while he takes suggestions he prefers not to have them as they just repeat themselves a lot and most of them will be implemented later on but when the right time comes. He also said he does not want suggestions because reading them just slow the process of the game being complete. He actually had said it a couple of times on his videos. He probably did not answer because stairs animation just does not sound like that great of an idea… or at least in my opinion from experience with past games.

In Yandere Simulator, there should be a customise students option. Before the game loads up, you will have the option of customising the students’ appearance. For example:
If I wanted Saki to have yellow hair and green and pink stockings, I could do that

I dont think it should be implemented because it would mess up the matchmaking, people can be attracted to a specific hair colour so if you would customize everyones hair on the same colour someone could be attracted to all of the students which just is not right
