  5. I downloaded the game with winRAR but it seems to be good at the into scene and to select the characters but to actually play the game it only shows the Easter egg menu

  7. I see a lot of people complaining about downloads even though if they would read the information included it will say that he can’t help.

    So I want to offer some help.

    1: The official download source is currently media fire.
    MediaFire is known to not work with some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and some IP Addresses.
    2: If you are able to download the game, it will be packed in a .RAR file. .
    .RAR files can be opened with either WinRAR or 7Zip. A quick google search will bring you to the sites.
    3: After downloading, open the .rar file and either drag and drop all files into a folder of your choice, or unzip to your desired location.

    *Notes*
    If MediaFire doesn’t download and you have confirmed that you cannot download from MediaFire by trying something else, here are some tips.
    1: Try a proxy. A proxy will hid your IP address which may allow you to download.
    2: Try a VPN. If you don’t know what this is, or don’t have one, don’t bother. This option is for those who already have acces to one.
    3: *Not Recommended* If all else fails, you can use TOR. This is only for people familiar with the program and know how to disable the security so you can download.

    Q/A
    Q: Why would YanDev use MediaFire if people have trouble with it?
    A: Yandere Simulator is a pretty popular game. As such many people will want to download and play it. The reason for MediaFire is the same as any other file host like MEGA, Dropbox, Google Cloud, etc.
    I cannot answer exactly why he chose it, but I do know you can only get a sertain amount of file traffic (how much people are trying to download the file(s)) for free. As such if he wants to keep up with the demand for Yandere Simulator he would need to pay for options that allow him to host such a popular file.
    It was his choice to use MediaFire, as such we should be grateful for what we have and wait until he find another solution to allow more people to download.
    Q: What about a launcher?
    A: Although launchers are a godsend for in development titles and applications, they do have some work that need to happen beforehand. One such issue is that YanDev would have to get a host for the game. The host could either be a company that he pays to allow him to host the file, or a sever that he either rents or owns that keeps up with the file, traffic, etc.
    After the above issue is resolved, he would need to make a launcher. This requires time as he would need to code, develop, and design everything that he want to launcher to have. This means he would have to get the launcher to be able to communicate with the server/host to allow things like news, recent versions, etc. This is something that takes time to make, how long depends on his own experience, or if he gets someone else to make it, either way this would probably delay an update (in game wise for the most part) which is something we know he does not want to do.

    I hope this helps both users and YanDev himself. (And I hope something doesn’t see this as spam.)

    • hey want to be honest but if you put another page as a proxy or Mega no more pus download Yandere Simulator because my laptop only accepts mediafire files and also single file .ZIP or else I will never play again Yandere simulator

    • He doesn’t need your suggestions. Most of the suggestions that people suggest are either entirely out of proportion with the game, or are already planned.
      Did you even read the FAQ?

  13. Hey I wanted to let you know when using winRAR to download this it says over and over that something goes wrong halfway through with level 8… then when trying to open it won’t open.

  18. I’ve got the same problem with the game… I’ve download it several times but it still goes black screen everytime I open the game and it says assembly-csharp.dll, assembly-unityscript-firstpass.dll, assembly-unityscript.dll has been deleted. I don’t know what to do.

I am having such fun playing it and you only have 13% of the crap done :3 I can’t wait for you make make female senpai available~ Also I wanted to comment this but the syringe and whatever that thing is you use to know em’ out… (sorry if i may be giving advice) You should have the key for it hidden somewhere not all that other stuff you said in that one vid.. I recommend you making it a certain chem and biology level to get to it..
