There was a bug in the previous build that prevented several of the game’s elimination methods from being possible. Sorry about that! Here’s a new build with that bug addressed, along with several other improvements and fixes.

Improvements
- Added another plushie to the plushie shelf to honor a YouTuber who has done a lot to spread awareness of Yandere Simulator overseas.
- The wooden cabin and the greenhouse inside of the gardening club now produce appropriate footstep sound effects.
- Ryoba will now swap to her “Loose Hair” hairstyle after removing her clothing in the school shower building.
- It is now possible to create a Mission Mode mission where the required weapon is a stethoscope.
Fixes
- If the player opened the “watch anime” menu while stepping away from the anime shelf, the game would forget that the player was standing at the anime shelf and think that the player was interacting with the bedroom door, instead. This would cause the game to execute the bedroom door code (go to school, go to town, go to stalker house, etc) from the “watch anime” menu. This bug has been fixed.
- If the player quit a club, joined another club, and performed a club activity in that club, the game wouldn’t remember the fact that the club activity had been performed. This bug has been fixed.
- If a suitor gave a gift to a rival, that gift would appear on Kaguya’s body on the subsequent day, instead of appearing on the body of the rival who received the gift. This bug has been fixed.
- Fixed bug that was preventing the game’s depth-of-field effect from updating correctly when the player’s attack was being countered by a teacher.
- Fixed bug that would prevent Raibaru from entering the “died of electrocution” animation if she was electrocuted while reacting to Osana’s death.
- Fixed bug that would make grass sound effects play everywhere except the ground floor if the player was wearing gym clothing.
- Fixed bug that would cause an infinite stream of “It’s locked!” messages to appear when attempting to open a locked door.
- Fixed bug that caused blades of grass to appear in the school gymnasium backstage area.
- Fixed bug that made the wrong sound effects play in the pool area and gymnasium.
- Fixed bug that prevented the kidnapping feature from functioning.

Yeah. It’s not like I don’t know that. I just don’t have the sound effects yet.

I think its a good animation and makes the game more realistic, it might look strange because we are not used to it.

I agree… when we’re going to open/close the door from behind, we’re touching the wind… it doesn’t seem realistic to me… unless YandereDev modified it so that we’re always facing the door.

Hello yan dev! so I just ran into a bug. I used the turtle to lower my sanity and summon midori, but when I tried to strangle her with the earbuds the game froze. Im stuck in a walking animation and cant move.
Sorry; this is an invalid bug. Any bug that requires the use of debug commands (turtle) is not valid.

There is an invisible wall preventing you from using the workbench and getting close to the shelves with the dolls in this build today
If you have Posemod by kgftbz then go to the “Cutscenes” folder and create a .txt file then paste this “EnableGameObject:v3nus269:False” and then launch that cutscene inside the game so then the barrier will begone.

Thanks for the bug fixes, Yan Dev! Btw, if you kill Raibaru while she’s speaking her lines, you can hear still her voice even though she’s getting shocked & died. Maybe you can stop her voice from playing when she get’s killed? I just think it’s really weird.
When you crush Osana with the new vent, on the menu screen it still displays her being crushed with a bucket of dumbbells.
didn’t wanna bother you with sending a WHOLE email about this but, can you make it so that we can select what save file we wanna use for mission mode? bc I hate it when It automatically uses up the first save file that I have saved for the rest of the game (bc I already eliminated Osana on it)
hey yandere dev, for the balance of blunt weapons there could be a balance in which the students search and use those objects also launch an alert if something is missing in the club to the council and the faculty. For example, the weights in the gym are used in the routine of the students in the sports club. If they see that one is missing, they send an alert (this depends on how the school atmosphere is). In which if a weight is missing, this student notifies the council or the faculty and they look for them or do a review when you go to class and if you have it they send you to the student council and if the atmosphere is low they worry more and search more exhaustively.
I also think you could borrow scissors, cutters, all those school items from other students. If you are part of the club they will do nothing.
Or YandereDev could lock the bloodless stealth kill behind a biology stat to balance the feature

Now that there’s a way of unlocking student portraits without info chan, shouldn’t the student profile for 1980s mode be locked until Ryoba befriends that student except for the rivals and any other character who can’t be befriended? It’s kind of weird how Ryoba magically knows who everyone is on the first day of school as well as everything about them.

The invisible barrier is also in the wrokshop room and it’s preventing me from crafting and grabbing the screwdriver.
Whenever Gema Taku’s jaw moves his mustache also moves so it looks kinda, well… also if Ayano has an animation of opening the door the other students should as well, don’t you think?
Sorry Yandere Dev, the new build is great and thank you for removing the kidnapping bug! But I can’t get to the workbench in the workshop room because theres an invisible wall preventing me from going to it. If you could maybe fix it soon that would be great.
Yeah i’m having the same problem it’s really annoying hope it gets fixed soon.
idk if anyone reported this but whenever you drop the stethoscope, the npc picks it up and twirls at the spot it was originally located and never puts the object back.
I think that should be fixed in the current build.
Hi Yandere Dev I have noticed something in the latest build and I don’t know if it is a bug or not but when I go to the workshop to try to craft something it won’t let me get close to the workbench to craft anything for some reason can you please fix it in the next build or whenever you can thanks.

Hello Yandere dev i realize that if you dismember a student wearing something other than the default uniform, the limbs are all still wearing the default uniform. I also noticed this on Raibaru when her leg warmers got removed after dismembering her. Im not sure if its like this on other students wearing accessories like the bullies or delinquents. Thank you for the other bug fixes and updates!
