There was a bug preventing one of the tutorials from being completed, so I wanted to release a bug-fixing build.
The changelog for this build might look small, but that’s because I’ve been spending less of my time working on bug fixes and more of my time making progress on one of my checklist features. It’s almost complete, but I don’t plan to include it in the next build. Why? I’ll explain.
I’d like to collect information on how players complete their objectives when certain game mechanics are unavailable. What alternate strategies do players use when their default strategies are disallowed? Would players become frustrated with the game if they were no longer allowed to use certain features that they’ve become over-reliant on? Does the game actually become more fun and interesting when the player isn’t allowed to use certain shortcuts? What exploits are currently available that need to be fixed and removed?
To truly draw meaningful conclusions about these subjects, I would need to present players with a build of the game that is intended to be as balanced and exploit-free as possible, and then publicly challenge the playerbase to look for exploits and game-breaking flaws. The first step is patching up certain exploits that I’m already aware of, and making various changes to student and rival routines so that it’s never insanely easy to kill rivals with zero effort.
So, before I say, “Hey guys, play this build of the game and try to break it, I bet you can’t!” I first want to…
- Balance some mechanics that I know are already busted.
- Redesign some rival routines that I know are already full of exploits.
- Create an interface for enabling/disabling certain features, to challenge players to play the game with/without mechanics features being available.
One of those mechanics-that-needs-to-be-rebalanced is an aspect of the 1980s Mode tutorial, so we can add another item to the list:
4. Update the 1980s Mode tutorial to walk the player through the new version of an important rebalanced game mechanic.
In short, there is a long list of things I have to do before I can release the upcoming “Try and break the game, I dare you!” build. The point is to openly challenge players (and YouTubers) to try and expose exploits, and I want the game to be airtight before I do that. I’ll have to knock multiple things off of my checklist before I’ll be able to release a build that seems to contain a big exciting new feature, but when I do, I think you’re going to have fun playing the “I dare you to break it” update.
Okay! With that explanation out of the way, let’s move on. To see a list of the improvements and changes in the latest build, scroll down past this haunting artwork by haihondaitao!
Improvements
- Previously, it was possible for the player to conceal a corpse in a garbage bag even if a character was standing right next to it and mourning it / guarding it. This was silly, so it has been removed from the game. From now on, if a character is mourning/guarding a corpse, the character will immediately notice and realize that you are the killer, trying to cover up evidence of your crime.
- Too many players did not understand the “Reputation updates at specific times of day” system, and were reporting “My rep isn’t updating!” as a bug. So, the “REP WILL UPDATE AFTER CLASS” message is back.
Fixes
- If the player was kicked out of a tutorial while in the middle of a dismembering animation, the tutorial would be blurry afterwards. This bug has been fixed.
- Fixed bug that caused the game to think that 4 extra instances of blood clothing had been created when killing Osana with the Fan Decapitation method.
- If the player held a bloody school uniform next to a door, the blood texture would appear on the door. This bug has been fixed.
- Fixed bug that allowed the player to remove their raincoat before the appropriate time in the Dismemberment tutorial.
- Fixed bug that prevented blood splatters from appearing when using the Fan Decapitation method on Osana.
- Fixed bug that prevented the player from being able to complete the Immolation tutorial.
- Fixed bug that prevented blood stains from appearing on the magical girl wand.
Nice. I’m glad you’re Balancing over-powered mechanics(like the Garbage bags) in future updates. It makes the game less fun and way too easy. So I’m glad you’re fixing that problem. but there are other problems in the game and I hope you fix those as well.
I personally think some of Info Chan’s services are too over powered. especially ‘sending students home by sending a depressing fake text message’ and ‘unlocking rival’s dark secrets’ feature.
These features should require much more info points or get removed entirely. If not, the players won’t even have to stalk the rivals because they can remove the obstacles and learn about what they’re hiding instantly with no effort.
Info Chan giving you lots of money really makes the game easy because you can buy all the useful items in a few days. so I think money should cost way more info points or she should give you even less money. like 5 dollars.
I think the Maid cafe should give you less money as well. because even if you’re horrible at it, if you don’t get a game over than you can earn more than 50 dollars easily.
Oh, and I think the car battery should be available at the store as well. because having such an over powered item available to the player at the school is a bad choice. you can shock an entire class at once or Osana and Raibaru both at once with that. This item makes the ‘stealth’ part in this game completely useless.
I really hope the best for this game. I’m really enjoying your updates, thanks YanDev.
Wow! I never thought about that, but you’re right! The money system is completed over balanced
I have a few bugs I’ve experienced with Yandere Simulator. One is when I put a delinquent in the incinerator while it’s in a garbage bag, it stood and I couldn’t grab it๐ The second one I experienced was when I would snap someone’s neck or stab them, their corpses will go through the wall or the stairs depending on where I am, and sometimes they go through the floor.๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
I’m sorry, I can’t seem to replicate those bugs. Can you please record a video of yourself creating those bugs, and e-mail me a link to the video?
there’s a bug in the game where the mouse keeps showing up it gets annoying sometimes.
What circumstances result in the bug occurring? Please e-mail me a descriptive explanation.
Youโre really hard working yandev ( *ยฏ ยณยฏ*)โก
I think the car battery is too powerful. The player can get rid of osana easily by spill some water under her desk and toss the car battery into the water. And you wonโt get arrested even though you electrocuted your river in front of the whole class.
One more thing ( ๏ฝฅ_๏ฝฅ)ฯ
Take a look at this fan art (โ-โ*)

That artwork is very cute!!

Hey YandereDev! So I was gonna download a fanmade mod of Yandere Simulator but the mod needed the July 2nd 2022 build but when i looked through the Archive of Old Builds (Onedrive) I noticed that the build wasnโt in there And I also noticed that most of the old builds wasnโt in there, Sorry if i bothered but would you mind adding all the old builds of Yandere Simulator in the Archive of Old Builds?, And also thank you!
I thought most mod devs have told us not to talk to YanDev about mods? Sorry if you didn’t get the memo or anything.
But as for the old builds I am pretty sure if you ask around someone will hook you up. The nodding community on here is pretty chill and always hook me up when I have questions. So hope that helps!
**modding …. Stupid autocorrect.
Also sorry if I sounded rude or anything. Never my intention.
Sorry for bothering but what does “hook up” mean in the internet, I’m from the other country ๐
It can mean three things.
1.) Get together, usually in a romantic sense, but can be used platonically in the right context. Like asking if someone is, “Hooking up with us later?” Can mean meeting us to hang out.
2.) Can mean to provide someone with something, usually a service, or a product. So when I say they can, “Hook you up with ‘ร’ thing.” I mean they can provide this thing to you. <- I AM USING THIS ONE.
3.) Hooking up can also mean hooking up one's electronics or that they are connected. So when someone, plugging things in, would say, "Okay we're all hooked up!"
Hope this helps and sorry for the confusion. ๐๐๐ปโจ
Thanks for the info!
YanDev? Can the Pippi Osu Quest in Mission Mode be removed/replaced? it can’t be done!
Can totally agree that some things need to be rebalanced.
1.) The weapons: Some of them don’t even belong in a school or should be protected more thoroughly.
2.) No penalties for stolen keys: I think there should be a penalty if you steal keys from the Nurse and Gardening Club too many times. Surely they would heighten security. Unless you make it work like a phone where you have to place it somewhere for them to “find”. I think it would be interesting to have fellow club members assisting in the search. So it ups the chances of you getting caught with them.
3.) The Info Chan Mechanics: Most of the services are imbalanced. The prices need to be raised on things like money, poison, sending someone home, finding out dark secrets. Or you can take measures like removing them but giving hints as to where they can be found. Like the science lab, gardening shed, town online shopping, befriending someone for a service, or the nurse’s office. She could also, instead of bypassing the helpful crafting and stat raising mechanics, begin telling you to raise your intelligence/stats. That way the player feels like they have more autonomy over their lives while they have to do things themselves. While also not bypassing importanf features by just running to Info-Chan.
4.) We rely too heavily on Info Chan: Now that we have a tutorial and have seen how fun it is to be on our own with Ryoba in 1980’s mode? I think we should have the ability to do similar things in 202X Mode. Ayano feels more like a robot when she isn’t given the same freedoms as Ryoba. The notes could come back into play if you are worried about schemes, people could still go to Info-chan like we do with the Hair Stylist, but to cut costs you could just re use the notebook Ayano uses to leave notes in lockers. You could also use the program you made to make people look at Ayano but to have her look at items/topics of interest. Like weapons, helpful conversations, manga, and maybe make the pop ups instead be Ayano’s thoughts. I feel Info Chan should be more like the the Hair Stylist in 1980’s Mode. As she suddenly feels like more of a boss ordering you around instead of a helpful tool to rely on.
5.) I feel the conversation/popularity mechanics need a bit of a tune up: As it stands right now it is far too easy for people to be swayed under Ayano and Ryoba’s will. There should be more tied to our Language and Psychology skills in accompaniment of tasks to perform for befriending. Like leveling up our language skill should give us the ability to ask people to leave an area or ask someone to go distract someone by asking someone about their crush. While Psychology is knowing someone’s persona after speaking with them, knowing when you are close enough friends to be able to ask certain things of someone, and the ability to adopt persona’s yourself. I feel the persona mechanic you added with the mirrors has long been forgotten and underutilized. As it currently doesn’t add bonuses when interacting with students of similar or opposing personality types.
6.) I feel the tutorial needs to add notes and lockers: That way a vital mechanic of the game gets explained from the beginning so beginners aren’t confused. Most new players get annoyed by the Info-Chan pop ups and disable them. As they acquaint it to Navi from Legends of Zelda. Making them miss key information, which admittedly is their own fault, but just padding this in as a safety precaution is great.
7.) Clubs need to be revamped: I feel some clubs need to be rebalanced. The Drama Club for example, yes it gives you masks and a set of gloves but that’s it. Unlike the Cooking Club, which gives you the ability to serve students food to up your reputation, and set the feeding list in order to mitigate any witnesses around your rival taking up your time. The Drama Club could be where your learn about personas, as you have to adopt certain character traits when acting, and could possibly give a minor stat boost to your language skills or psychology. I am not sure which would be more appropriate. Just things like that. Or you would have to actively practice your skills in the Light Music Club either in school or at night once a day to maintain your spot in the band. Performances should be rebalanced so that you slowly gain skill and popularity in music. That way it’s not OP from the start.
8.) There should be penalties for reputation: Like Ayano becoming bullied if her rep is low enough to get the game over. The Bullies follow you around to torment you. When people look at you they either glare, look digusted, or look away depending on their personality. In the same fashion we could have Ayano gain admirers if Ayano becomes TOO popular. Just like some of the rivals in 1980’s mode. Each coming with benefits and defects. Like getting your admirers to do things without having to befriend them, buy you a drink or chips, leave an area, distract someone. You would also be served food now which is a defect. You have to be smarter about your crimes and avoid anyone with hearts above their heads who seem to be looking around, social butterflies, or the Bullies.
Sorry, if all that is long or hard to follow. I just feel some truly great mechanics are too overshadowed, not touched up on, or we don’t really get to feel like an actual yandere at times because it feels like Info-Chan calls the shots. Or some things overshadow great mechanics and sometimes good ideas get left in the dust.
Info chan has to be very present. This is the major difference between the two modes.
Otherwise it would simply be the same, but with different hair and textures.
Info chan is powerful, because the 202X rivals are also powerful. It is a much more complex mode than the 1980 mode.
They are different experiences.
Yes but even HanDed stated once he wanted to rebalance the 1980’s mode rivals and add some difficulties.
But as for Info-Chan I agree her presence is needed but not in the way it feels forced down your throat or in a way she seems like the ever annoying Navi. I think Info-Chan is an amazing character and can be one if polished more currently.
I understand that we haven’t seen the other weeks, therefore we have a very limited scope on her as a character. Which is why I offered my solutions. Her giving info on where items are instead of bypassing player autonomy by just dropping the items to you. With contraband I could understand. But the prices need to be upped in order to compensate for such an easy grab. Or there should be a favor you have to do for her for the more important items.
Some of her services bypass your need for stats or crafting knowledge. Which imbalances the game. The pop ups should be retextured to Ayano’s thoughts as it would give Ayano more of a lively feel instead of an automaton.
Like we know Info-Chan has a schemes service but as YanDev stated we don’t NEED her help. But what ALTERNATIVE are we offering those players? Especially newer ones? How would the players know what steps to take on their own? Especially of they don’t want their hand held by Info-Chan or pop ups popping up all the time? Some schemes are obscure as heck. You wouldn’t know about them without just going to the schemes menu. The only obvious one is sabotaging Osana’s events to ruin her reputation with Taro or the Befriend/Betray route.
The others are a mystery. There should be more hints by Ayano as she observes her environment. Like Ryoba’s Notes as she learned things. Its about padding out the game to give equal opportunities to play styles.
Again, I acknowledge Info-Chan is integral to the story, but I wish for more balancing to go on around her.
i have thiught a lot abiut the drama one, and maybe if you join the drama club your excuses/lies/apologies could be more convincing and maybe you can unlock the fake reaction option with that??? idk if thats too much though
I think it could help to tie those more to stats with clubs giving a bump to it. We don’t have too much tied to Language and Psychology so far. It would be nice if it felt like an actual part of your natural abilities.
But I don’t know. I like your idea as well. My idea was to also have the Drama Club teach Ayano persona’s so they would be more prevalent in gameplay. As persona’s were originally intended to help Ayano socialize with people of differing personalities and manipulate them more effectively.
I remember fake reaction was taken out because the code wasn’t having it and he couldn’t make people stop finding Ayano suspicious despite it being appropriate to be scared around a dead body. I hope this feature comes back one day or it become an unlockable feature after studying a cowardly persona. Which would make Ayano naturally become scared without player interference, kinda like how we change shoes automatically.
Sorry this is long.
hi. I don’t think Info-Chan’s “unlock dark secrets” feature is too overpowered. She is “info”-chan, afterall. She is literally named after having info. Not to mention that, for Osana at least, all she says is “Osana may have a stalker.” The player can get much more info from eavesdropping on Osana’s conversations.
I think the drops feature is more overpowered because how can she fit all that stuff in her room? I mean already so much space is taken up by her computer stuff. Not to mention she would have to sneak a lot of contraband in there, on the off-chance that Ayano will buy it (I mean unless other characters buy these things from her as well).
The reason I say it’s overpowered is because this is a game about stealth, while I love more options to the player? I think just making a key part of the game, which is eavesdropping, seem obsolete.
I tested it out myself. I didn’t need to eavesdrop on Osana at all to get her to the rooftop because I used Info-Chan’s “Unlock Dark Secrets”, and if you time that with getting Raiburu to go to the Martial Arts Club? Easy kill.
Even if you don’t kill her the convo on the rooftop is obsolete because you don’t have all the info you would have gotten if you simply eavesdropped. Which I think should be reflected in the convo or be an auto-fail if your Language/Psychology stats aren’t high enough to bluff or sweet talk them. Info-Chan, at the best of times, seems like an easy out. Or some of the schemes aren’t obvious unless you buy the scheme. Like the Pool Elimination with the Bullies sunbathing. If you didn’t use Info-Chan to figure it out then you would have no idea how to get rid of the Bullies unless you killed them or got Info-Chan to send them home. If you didn’t know to go to every member in the Martial Arts Club THEN talk to Budo you wouldn’t have any idea how to get Raiburu away from Osana. There are no context clues. No way to figure out that was an option… Unless you use Info-Chan.
Which is why Info-Chan’s services need rebalancing. I get that Info-Chan is a convenience for new players to utilize but I feel it’s a bit over powered. That she was a convenience to fall back on for YanDev too. We need to think about what would happen if she were NOT in the game. What improvements are needed? What needs more explaining to the players? Where could they get confused?
You even pointed out the problem with the contraband. Why not have to order something like that a day in advance? Sure, she is blackmailing the Headmaster, but none of the other teachers know that. Neither do the possible students she could bump into. So it would make sense to plan ahead.
Also the services are too cheap. I think require something like gaining the schemes, contraband, sending someone home, or revealing a dark secret? We should have to provide something of equal value. Why don’t WE sneak Info-Chan test sheets? Why don’t WE procure the contraband for Info-Chan? I already love bugging, selling people out by taking pictures of them doing something naughty, giving Info-Chan people’s phones, etc. Frankly we need those but sometimes in riskier situations depending on severity. Maybe hidden cameras to hide as well?? That would be wonderful!
Maybe Info-Chan should have a limited stock or be out of something some weeks? Maybe we need to buy mics and cameras for her? Or contraband? As it would be suspicious for Info-Chan to constantly be buying contraband items. So Ayano may need to step in to provide by going to the store with a fake ID.
Maybe certain rivals should be immune to certain schemes due to their rep/relationship with Ayano and need certain requirements to unlock them? It would be good to get more use out of stats, clubs, friendships, and crafting.
Sorry I went on a brain storming session. 0///0 No hate or shade or anything. Seriously I see these more as debates/brain storming sessions. So I hope you took no offense.
My favourite issue with yandere simulator is when everyone spins around in circles except when osana does it that would be a bad thing
I think kawaiichan97 is right info chan is overpowered and needs changes
Question why do the custom shirts on the delinquents only appear on the default uniform
To make custom shirts appear on every uniform variation, I’d need an “unbuttoned” variation of every uniform.
Hey YanDev! I don’t know if this is like a secret thing or, I didn’t read through one of the update posts, but, I’m currently playing yandere simulator and osana and raibarus morning conversation was different. Their conversation was “Osana, what exactly happened back there?” “I don’t know, let’s just go.” What is the cause of this?
That happens when you interrupt Osana and Senpai’s morning conversation.
I see, but I didn’t go up to them, my audio just buffered and they stopped talking
hello yandev, there are two things that I think should be improved, 1- the animation of osana in the elimination befriend/betray And 2- the delinquents When we do the task of one of them, that’s when we fight with them, I hope you understand me
there’s a problem i’m having, im not sure if its a bug but most likely. i cant turn off character rim lighting as easily as i could before. i just got the new build and it still doesnt work. on the main menu it works perfectly but when i get to the school, its automatically turned on and i cant turn it off without having to mess with other settings (and practically messing everything else up). as a person who takes custom portraits, this really bothers me
Hey, the convenience store in the town seems to swap randomly from two store owners? Sometimes it’s a blonde lady, and sometimes it’s a red-head. I think it’s a bug?
Not a bug, there’s just two cashiers.
Haha, I’m looking forward to the โI dare you to break itโ update! I wondered on when the blood textures appearing on doors would be fixed and here it is! Great work, YandereDev!!
yandere dev i have a question…
why does the school look exactly the same in 1980s mode? because the school is a prestigious school, shouldnt it change as time flies?
He doesn’t want to change the school because it would “be too hard”. It makes me very frustrated. The school in YanSim could improve a lot, and he himself addressed it, but it doesn’t feel like he wants to do anything about it.
It’d make sense if the 1980s school stays as it is, while the newer one makes the so deserved changes it needs.
Not necessarily. Some prestigious schools DON’T change because their buildings or grounds are considered part of that prestige in their own right. If anything, Akademi should look more run down in the present-day with few if any changes from 1980’s mode because the backstory shows it lost most of its prestige after Ryoba murdered Sumire(?) and got away with it — i.e. less money to make major changes.
Hello Yandere-dev you should make an update on when the game will come out fully and an update on how everything is been going in terms of Yandere Simulator and questions we might have.
I guess I feel like I’ve already answered all those questions.
But, you’re welcome to e-mail me a list of questions, and if I think it’s worth it, I’ll make a video responding to each question.
Where are Ryoba’s parents during 1989 mode?
When I was playing Abcdefg Challenge, I accidentally took out the garbage bag instead of the weapon after using the smoke bomb, I concealed the item back in my bookbag but the garbage bag disappeared after I used the smoke bomb and killed the student, the same thing happened while I was normally playing the game ๐๐
Huh? That was very confusing. Couldn’t really understand that at all.
Try explaining again, but this time, tell me exactly what buttons you pressed in order to perform those actions, and in the exact order.
I could be wrong, but I think this is the series of events:
-throws smoke bomb
– take garbage bag out of bookbag
– put garbage bag back in the bookbag
– takes out weapon out of weapong bag
– kills student
– garbage bag disappears
I’m not able to try the bug out right now to confirm though:(
Ohh.. Sorry for that… I Meant to say that whenever I used Smoke Or Stink Bomb and immediately equipped any item from my bookbag after using the bomb (usually garbage bags) (Using cntrl and F key) and then concealed it back in my bookbag without using it then the item (garbage bag or anything that was in my bookbag) would disappear from the game… It’s not like it happens everytime but I’ve experienced it a few times when I used – ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐บ๐ผ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐บ๐ฏ > ๐๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐บ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ (because I accidentally pressed F Key Instead of R which is used to take out weapon) > ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ ๐ผ๐๐ ๐บ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป (using cntrl and R) ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐, ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ and I got caught Lmao. And It’s not necessary to conceal the garbage bags back in the bookbag because it also disappeared after using the smoke bomb and dropping the item on the ground. (I know because I’ve experienced it a few times and I know this can be confusing but I’m sorry I’m not very good at explaining things plus I was confused too at that time) Also, I tried to search for the item but I couldn’t find it. It happened a few times (mostly in Abcdefg challenge when the cleaning robot was following me so maybe it was a bug and it sucked up the garbage bag like blood when I dropped it? lol… or was it supposed to be like that? or maybe it’s just a bug that the garbage bag randomly disappeared as it happened in the normal game too). But the game was working normally after that.
Hello! Thank you for your hard work, as always ๐
Here are some mechanics that feel overpowered:
– Trash bags. Maybe limiting the quantity you can use per day?
– I can kill every rival in 1989 when they enter to their classrooms for the first time to put their bag in their site, even Sonoko if I’m fast enough.
I’m not sure if this is already fixed, but, it’s VERY easy to kill someone during class time using the radio.
– As like other people said, some Info Chan’s aspects. Like, using points to learn rival’s dark secrets. Maybe raising the points you need a little bit would be better?
– It’s way too easy to learn a lot of money.
– After joining martial arts club, you automatically win every struggle minigame, maybe?
I think that’s all that I can remember! ๐
1. Yep, I’m planning to address that.
2. Yep, I know that I need to fix that.
3. Is that so? Hm. I guess I’ll have to investigate that.
4. Nobody’s ever mentioned that before, but I can consider it.
5. It is? Hm. I suppose nobody really ever complains about that…
6. I think that’s already an aspect of the game.
Are you saying Power is not like the other girls?
Yep! About the martial arts club thing, I think that’s a unbalanced problem that you win automatically, at least for me ๐
I don’t know where to comment this suggestion, but I saw that you were taking suggestions for the “students chatting” animation.
What if, you could make several basic chatting animations?
And the animation would still be them chatting, but varies.
For example, the student could sit and lean against the wall, chatting with each other with their heads turned to their friend.
Another is also sitting, but, they face each other directly.
Another one, standing but leaning against the wall with their hands crossed, head turned to their friend.
Sitting on the foldable chairs, also chatting
Sitting but, instead of chatting, they are on their phones
Also sitting, leaned against the wall, though legs are not folded (like how you’d sit in a chaise, but in this case it’s on the floor)
That’s some of my ideas!
Pretty good ideas, honestly, but I don’t have many animator volunteers right now, so it’s hard to get new assets for the game…
is there a way to continue your progress on the alphabet killer challenge even after you exit the game? if there isn’t please add a way because it consumes a lot of time to restart
Does saving and loading work?
No
i tried once again and it seemed to work. so sorry!!!
