July 1st Progress Report

EDIT: Uploaded a new build on July 2nd. Changelog below.

A bunch of miscellaneous things were fixed/changed while I was in the process of putting the final finishing touches on Osana, so I’ve decided to upload a new build that contains those fixes! However, I’m not ready to release the official demo just yet.

You might be thinking “Gosh darn it, YandereDev! How much longer is it going to take?” and I honestly don’t blame you. Scroll down past this artwork by glitterstqr to hear my candid thoughts on the matter.

Whenever I attempt to estimate the date when something will occur, I try to imagine the “best case scenario” and the “worst case scenario”. For example: “If everything goes smoothly, the Kickstarter will happen in August. However, if a bunch of unexpected obstacles appear, it could happen in September instead.” We are now in the 2nd half of 2020. This is troubling to me, because even in my most pessimistic “worst case scenario” predictions, I always estimated that Osana was going to be finished by now.

For the past few years, there was always something else that took priority over Osana; putting more students in the school, making the students react to blood, implementing a save/load feature, etc. It didn’t make any sense to put Osana into the game before adding every core feature necessary to create the intended experience, so I deliberately put Osana at the bottom of my priority list, and spent all of my time on everything else that the game needed, intentionally saving Osana for last.

During the past few months, we have been at the stage of development where there is nothing higher in priority than Osana; the stage where nothing is more deserving of my focus than Osana. Furthermore, I am in possession of all the assets required to implement her; nothing is standing in my way. As soon as we reached this stage of development, I felt extremely confident that Osana was going to be finished within the first half of 2020. But, here we are in July, with no Osana. Why? What’s going on?

It’s not a mystery, but it’s not easy to explain, either. It’s not a black-and-white situation; there is no single culprit. It’s a complex situation involving numerous complicated factors. There is a part of me that wants to write a giant “What’s taking so long? What went wrong?” blog post, and break down every single obstacle that slowed down my progress from January 2020 to June 2020…but it would be a massive wall of text that most people would have zero interest in reading. And attempting to break it down into a short bullet-point list would oversimplify a very nuanced situation, resulting in a wholly inadequate explanation.

Rather than writing a wall of text, I would much rather explain the problems I’ve been facing in my usual video format, since that’s the medium in which I’m most comfortable expressing myself…but right now, I feel like any video I upload is guaranteed to get a negative response unless the video is announcing the release of Osana, so I feel like I should just keep my head down and work on Osana exclusively, and save the “What went wrong?” video for later.

In my BITC crossover announcement video, I mentioned that after Osana is complete and her release date has been announced, I will be releasing a video about the history of Yandere Simulator’s development. This video will discuss a wide variety of subjects that I’ve rarely (or never) ever spoken about in my videos:

  1. The first few months of the game’s development; a “black hole” in the game’s history that I have rarely divulged any details about.
  2. The decisions I made early in the game’s life that created numerous obstacles that would impede me throughout the rest of the game’s development.
  3. The advantages and disadvantages of receiving attention from YouTubers while the game was still very young.
  4. The game’s original audience, and the audience that the game ultimately attracted.
  5. The reasons why some parts of game’s code were written in a certain way.
  6. The subjects of Patreon, funding, budget, etc.

Unfortunately, it would be impossible to give an accurate account of the history of Yandere Simulator without discussing how development was impacted by the actions that other people chose to take, so that’s a subject I’ll have to cover, too.

I think that this “History of Yandere Simulator” video will dispel a large number of myths that have been allowed to exist for far too long, and will help a lot of people understand why Yandere Simulator has an unusually lengthy development cycle compared to most other indie games. In short, the situation is nowhere near as simple as people believe it to be, and I think it’s worth it to clear the air on the matter.

I don’t like saying, “I’ve been working on Osana! I’ve made a bunch of progress!” without actually  showing you tangible proof that I’ve really been doing things. However, everything that I’ve been working on recently is a spoiler, which means that I can’t actually show you exactly what I’ve accomplished recently. Whenever I’m in this situation, I fall back on an old, reliable compromise: Blurry Screenshots™. Click “Continue Reading” to see!

Hmm…who’s this?

What’s happening here?

Who’s that?

What is going on in this screenshot?

And what’s all this about?

Have fun speculating!

Birthday Wishes

Despite the gloomy tone of the blog post up until this point, the past couple of days have been incredibly uplifting, because I was sent mountains of extremely heartwarming messages from people who wanted to wish me a happy birthday!

Thank you so, so much to everyone who sent me a sweet message or created birthday artwork for me! I appreciate it a whole lot!

As usual, the Russian Yandere Sim fanbase produced something amazing on my birthday – I’m always impressed by the incredible creations of the Russian fanbase! Please check out this incredible video with artwork from many, many artists!

Fixes, Changes, Additions

  • All 6 teachers and Shima Shita have been renamed. Some students’ names are now retconned to nicknames. You can see these students’ “real names” in their student profiles. Not every student has a nickname+real name. Real names were chosen by looking up real Japanese names/surnames that real people in the real world have actually had. Some of these names may change in the future.
  • If you are holding a mop and standing in front of a bucket full of bleached water, the bucket’s “Carry” prompt will change into a “Dip” prompt so that you can dip the mop into the bucket regardless of whether the mop’s prompt or bucket’s prompt is the dominant prompt.
  • Fixed bug that caused students to return a dropped fire extinguisher to its original position by walking outside of school and then walking to the nearest wall, instead of using the school’s hallways.
  • Fixed bug that would cause Yandere-chan to hold a weapon in her hand in a very strange way during SNAP Mode if that weapon was obtained from a trash bin that it had been hidden inside of.
  • Fixed bug that caused glass cracks to render *over* Yandere-chan, when they were supposed to render *behind* her, as the player was mashing the button to activate SNAP Mode.
  • Fixed bug that would cause a delinquent to completely ignore Yandere-chan and walk away from her if she tried to attack him while he was investigating a dropped weapon.
  • Students will no longer be alarmed by the sight of Yandere-chan picking up a dropped weapon, if that dropped weapon is a non-suspicious object (such as a screwdriver).
  • Fixed bug that caused the game to soft-lock if the player pressed the F key (or X button on controller) while at Info-chan’s “Favors” menu, during Mission Mode.
  • Fixed bug that caused the game to believe that there was still bloody clothing at school if the player removed bloody clothing and incinerated it.
  • Fixed bug that would cause students to slide across the ground if the player used a stink bomb on them while they were solving a puzzle cube.
  • Added another background track to the school scene (9 variations in total, one for each possibly combination of sanity and atmosphere).
  • Fixed bug that would cause the combat minigame to break if a delinquent noticed a dropped weapon on the ground in the middle of combat.
  • Fixed bug that prevented the game from properly tracking whether or not Headmaster tapes had been collected when resetting save data.
  • Added “Tutorials” option to the pause screen so that the player can view any of the game’s tutorials anytime they want.
  • Fixed bug that would allow the player to walk in midair above the flowerbed in the center of the Gardening club.
  • Fixed bug that would cause Yandere-chan to enter a weird state if Senpai saw her attacking a teacher.
  • Fixed bug that caused the “SNAP” option to not shrink to its proper size at the Heartbroken screen.
  • Fixed bug that would make the Stats screen appear sideways if viewed within Yandere-chan’s home.
  • Replaced the 9th Schoolday track with an improved version of the track (provided by CameronF305).
  • Fixed bug that made the mouse cursor appear on the title screen when it wasn’t supposed to.
  • Fixed bug that prevented Kokona from running to her destination during her phone event.
  • Mai Waifu’s hair no longer clips through the wall behind her while she is eating food.
  • Added a collider to a tokonoma in the Calligraphy room that didn’t have a collider.
  • Adjusted intensity of drums in the Alphabet Killer Challenge background music.
  • Removed Raibaru from the courtyard (she wasn’t supposed to be there, whoops!)
  • Fixed bug that allowed the player to see the seams of the skybox textures.
  • It is no longer possible to laugh and sweep a mop at the same time.
  • Fixed bug that prevented long sharp weapons from spilling blood.
  • Added a collider to a trophy case that didn’t have a collider.
  • Added a blue outline to a locker that didn’t have one.
  • Retextured the models in Info-chan’s room.
  • Updated three character profiles on the Characters page of the official website. All are Saikou characters. Some of the information that was in Kencho’s profile has been ret-conned.

July 2nd Update

  • Fixed bug that would allow the player to perform the “push off rooftop and kill” animation on a student absolutely anywhere (even at ground level) if the time of day changed from “Cleaning Time” to “After Class” while the student was removing chalk from erasers on the school rooftop.
  • Fixed bug that would cause the incorrect tutorial messages to display when using the Tutorial menu accessed from Yandere-chan’s phone, but only if Yandere-chan was standing in specific places in the school.
  • Fixed bug that would prevent a student from heading to a meeting spot if they were in an event during the point in time when they were supposed to head to that meeting spot (after their event ended).
  • Fixed bug that would cause the wrong prompt to appear over a bucket if the player swapped from holding a mop to holding another object, while next to a bucket that they could dip a mop into.
  • Fixed bug that would cause the game to get stuck if the player attempted to use Yandere-chan’s phone to view tutorials while inside of Yandere-chan’s home.
  • Fixed the “hide object in backpack and retrieve it” feature of the Alphabet Killer Challenge, which was broken in the previous build.
  • Fixed bug that caused bloody clothing to be identified as a blood pool if it was picked up and then dropped.
  • Fixed the “hide object in trash can and retrieve it” feature, which was broken in the previous build.
  • Fixed bug that prevented the player from being able to exit the “Task List” menu after entering it.
  • Fixed bug that caused the Tutorial menu to be labeled as “?????” when viewed from the Pause Screen.

What’s Next?

Instead of using broad, general terms like “putting the finishing touches on Osana” and “polishing Osana”, I can spell out precisely what remains.

I’m currently working on a cutscene that has two branching paths. After both paths are complete, I’m going to implement some voiced lines for Osana/Raibaru dialogue that currently isn’t voiced. Then, I’m going to give a certain student a task (it’s relevant to Raibaru!). At that point, I will do a final “Does everything work?” check on all of Osana’s elimination methods. After that, there will be nothing left to do aside from updating the GUI, and the Osana build will be finished.

Until 2020, Osana was not my primary focus, so I didn’t feel embarrassed that she wasn’t released. “Of course she’s not done yet! She’s not a priority! It doesn’t make sense to work on Osana until all of the core mechanics are in place!” However, now that all of the core mechanics are in place, and Osana has become my only focus, I feel like she really should have been done by now. So, although I never felt ashamed before, it is now that I am finally starting to feel embarrassed that Osana is taking so long to complete. It’s a bad feeling, and it’s lighting a fire under me to hurry up and finish her.

I know in my mind how long it should take, but…as anyone who has worked on a game project knows, “plans burst into flames as soon as they come into contact with reality”. Because I really, really don’t like the feeling of Osana not being released yet, I’m going to try extra hard to get this done by my “best case” time estimate, rather than my “worst case” time estimate.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and thank you for following the development of Yandere Simulator!

  1. What I thinks happening in the pics is sneaking into osanas house while she’s making tea for senpai and poisoning the tea since it’s an area I don’t recognize that’s why I think it’s osanas house

    • I dont think she would poision the tea since this is befriend betray method and is supposed to be a method without killing anyone and doing a massive favour for Osana, i dunno how the tea links in but it has to somehow 🙂

      • It is definitely some kind of poisoning, lethal or not, this happens in Hitman too much and Yandere Dev is inspired by that game.

      • This is probably not befriend/betray method, so I do think that tiffers is right.

      • I wonder what color is the sedative bottle in the game it is blue because the 5th photo has something do with the befriend/betrayal

    • You’re probably right! I also see the E and Q buttons under the teapot, so I think it’s a decision of adding or not adding poison into the tea?

    • The poison used to me looks like that sleeping one you can buy from Info chan (i think that’s the blue bottle, red is lethal, green is emetic, and black is benzene which is the headache poison). There are clearly two button options and my intuition suggests this being a similar case where we were able to choose whether we wanted to befriend or betray Kokona while Ayano is behind her perhaps we can choose either to poison the drink with the sleeping poison (the right button) or we offer her a drink as a friend (the left option)

I know that choosing the betray option ends with us tying Kokona up in Ayano’s basement like a student we have selected for torture. I think it makes sense this poisoned drink will send Osana to sleep where we will then tie her up in the same fashion as the betray option with Kokona

I think we are most likely in Osana’s house because I remember a video by YandereDev involving Ayano climbing using some vines or something into an upstairs window, initially it looked like the attic of the school or something but as it stands the school has no extra space that could house an attic and… why would Ayano sneak into her own house?

There is also a male in one of the screenshots that could be Osana’s father as he looks older than Senpai (actually looks similar to the models used for the guys talking in the back alley in the town) who’s prepared the drinks

I think tiffers765 is at least half correct if not completely correct. There is definitely sleeping poison in the bottom image & the one above it is clearly a basement or some place of that type.

I also think that yandere minion is correct about this being the befriend/betray option and the fact it’s sleeping poison would support that it is going to be non lethal and there definitely looks to be some kind of binary choice going on (to poison or not to poison maybe?)

      • To add (I don’t know how to edit my comment):
I looked in the town and it’s possible to purchase sleeping medicine which i guess would be similar to the sedative you can puchase from info chan, I think also that the white bulbous thing in the basement screenshot could be a carrier bag with the sleeping medicine in bought from the convenience store.

Instead of my initial thought of Osana’s house this could be a tea party at senpai’s house that osana has been invited to and Ayano is not there by invitation hence her sneaking around and the reason I think that too has a possibility is that small person in one of the screenshots could be senpai’s little sister.

What I also think could be the case is that in the screenshots are actually osana’s and senpai’s house and maybe Ayano has snuck innto Osana’s house to learn of this tea party that Osana has been invited to with Senpai or has invited Senpai to it and plans to attend uninvited to sabotage it with the sleeping medicine. YandereDev did say a while back that the player would be able to sabotage the rival’s events to make Senpai hate her. I think that this could alternatively be the making Senpai hate her route because is Senpai feels drowsy after drinking the poisoned tea that he will no longer trust Osana as much and may start to dislike or hate her.

Maybe ultimately it isn’t going to be a question of to poison or not to poison, maybe instead the choice is who’s tea to poison.
        1) It is the befriend betray scene so it is a question of whether to poison the tea or not
        2) It is the route of making Senpai hate her and we must remember which tea is Senpai’s from some kind of earlier cutscene and poison appropriately

I’m genuinely fascinated by these screenshots as you can likely tell by this.
Prior to my previous opinion I now believe this is a tea party that Senpai is invited to not Ayano and that this the sabotaging of one of Osana’s events (by poisoning Senpai’s tea with sleep medicine) in the making Senpai hate her route.

  2. Go Yandere Dev! Make more updates to the game! I bet the final game will be amazing and perfect! 🙂

  3. Yandere dev we support you in every way shape or form! We will wait no matter the wait! Osana is going to AMAZING and u will be very proud 🙂

  4. ps: I remember in one of yandere devs videos he said that in the layout of Osana’s house she will have a little sisters room, but he also said that Osana is an only child. I think the picture with someone on the phone is either Osana or her sister 🙂

  5. It’s completely understandable that a good quality game will take longer than expected to finish. Really, you’ve made so much progress already and that’s what really keeps me drawn to this game. I have no problem waiting and I’m sure other real fans think the same.

  6. I’m so sad about the pictures because for some reason I can’t see them on this blog, I can see the first one in my email, but the pictures on the website is like “Your connection is not private” And I can’t view them.

  7. Don’t worry YandereDev, take your time to create a good demo. The game will be better if you take the time to get it right.

  8. I’d rather wait for a game that’s got everything you want and meets your standards than something rushed out the door.
Life happens, and it sucks, but don’t beat yourself up over it, okay? You’re doing the best you can, and you should be proud of that! Good luck!

  9. YAY ! BLURRY SCREENSHOTS AND UPDATED INFO !!!!
I’m having so much fun theorizing ^^
Anyway, I’m glad that there was a progress report, I don’t mind it’s not the Osana build, I just wanted to know what was left. Don’t worry too much, the real fans will keep supporting you ! And if you take time to finish the game, it won’t be a baka forever !

  10. I’m slightly disappointed, but at least You gave us an explanation of what’s left. So, does this mean we can expect Osana to be out by July 15th?

I’m just fine with knowing That you’re actually getting it done.

  11. I’m sorry, but for some reason I can’t see the images; they just look like those broken file pictures.

      • I wasn’t saying that they were blurry; I was saying that I can’t see them. They have the broken file image (you know, the tiny picture of a document ripped in two) like they won’t load properly, but no matter how much I reload the site, they don’t appear

  12. I find it great that you’re planning on making this Yandere Simulator’s development video after Osana, and I think the topics being addressed are the right ones.
Ultimately, you’ll NEVER be a scam artist in my eyes, like the developer behind Rides with Strangers. I’d be very happy to give some money in the Kickstarter to make this project become a reality. Keep it up!

  13. I can wait as much, as it needs, because I care about appearance of the game. Rivals are important part, but searching all details in world, following unimportant for story characters routine, learning information about in-game universe is much interesting, it creates “alive” atmosphere.

  14. I have a question : What exactly is the purpose of snap mode? It’s definitely a good way for you to become immersed in ayanos mind, but as far as I remember, you never mentioned if it would affect other things. Sorry if this is my mistake for not remembering.

On another note, don’t feel too ashamed about being behind on Osana. You’ve been working on the game for more than six years, and the fact that you’ve kept going is impressive in itself! Sorry if that sounds like I don’t expect anything from you, I just think that you’ve proven how much you care I guess.

    • I think th purpose of SNAP mode is to maybe get revenge on the people who got you a game over ? The point is, you’ve lost already. If you’re mad, you can just snap and go on a killing spree and no one can stop you, that’s kinda cool 😉

  15. Honestly I don’t like hating but just put all priority into maybe dont stream as much, probably would help game development

  16. Don’t stress over it YandereDev. Personally, I’m glad you’re not compromising and giving us a good game in the end, unlike so many other publishers that rush a game to completion knowing it still has bugs and incomplete features.

  17. 1st pic: could be the someone in pjs.

2nd pic: the stalkers father doing something, possibly taking something out of his toolbox to repair the tv like a stereotype dad.

3rd: guessing its the mother possibly, could also again be the someone in pjs.

4th: osana’s cat locked in a white cage, your objective is to sneak the cat out of the front door and give her to osana so the stalker can’t blackmail osana anymore.

5th: ending cutscene of osana’s befriend betray method, your options are to either put sedative in her tea while shes probably not watching or going away to get something, or to not do anything

btw, love the stalker & sisters models ✨

    • also forgot to mention that the cat is in the stalkers room, but it will be easy to get it considering the stalker is busy worshipping miyuki posters on the wall.

  18. I want give my best guess that Osana would be done by the end of this month.

Once the template for getting rid of a rival is done and coded into the game adding the other rivals shouldn’t take 6 years…
I found so many great YouTubers thanks to your game and I’m happy to continue to follow the development of yandere simulator.

    As for the blurry photographs.
Like others have mentioned i want to believe it’s the rivals house and yan chan is going all ninja mode and i love that.

I love how you are adding multiple different ways to get rid of the rivals.
So it still fits our play styles that’s great for those who have different ways they play games or for people who just want to go the peaceful or non peaceful route.
    I mean you’re a yandere what’s a yandere without a little bloodshed?
And there might be a few rivals that some people might like more than others like a certain dude and a certain dark rival… That man is not going to kill her i know that for sure.

I do however have a question with the addition of Osana will the game be in an official build? Would that mean all the debug commands and easter eggs will disappear with the addition of Osana? Or would they be removed after the final rival is added to the game?

I for one would like to offer a 3rd option.
Lots of games that let you cheat/ use debug commands no longer lets you save.
So i figured why not keep debugs and easter eggs in the game but doing so disables saving/earning achievements if the game ever makes it steam.

That way they can still messed around with the easter eggs but can’t progress that much in the story unless they reload a save and do it legitimately.

Now you might be asking what about the d Can’t someone use the debug command that lets you skip to the end of the week and yandere punch every rival till they win? Yes yes they can.
To counter this simply remove that debug command or make the rival un-killable to easter eggs and maybe the demon powers if those are staying in the game. That way even with easter eggs/demon powers you would have to get rid of them the way the game wants you to.
Ya you can cheat your stats and everything you need to do that but you’re still doing it the legit way and those who already killed Osana 26 billion times can have fun with debug commands till the next one shows and so on.

I apologise for the long comment.

  19. I have a question. In “Let’s examine persona 5”, Yandere dev said that we will never be able to kill guidance counselor, cuz she will have imoprtant role in the game’s story. In “Revealing snap mode”, Yandere dev said that if guidance counselor expel us, we will be able to snap and kill her. Can somebody explain this to me?

    • I’m pretty sure you can only kill the guidance councilor in SNAP mode because once you’re in SNAP mode, the story won’t continue anymore, because Yandere-Chan is only going to kill herself anyways.

    • Snap mode is basically a fun game over, So in snap mode there will be no consequensces about killing since the player will be killed soon after, so killing the guidance caoucelor wont affect gameplay since snap mode is the end of gameplay

  20. Hey, yanderedev! In one of your old videos about school atmosphere you said something along the line of that if a student is arrested and he is asummed to be the murderer when the shcool is on low atmosphere, the school atmosphere should be in much better condition. It’s not word for word, but i know this is not on the game but i remember when i was watching one of the old videos (can’t remember which one) i am pretty sure you said something with this meaning.

  21. Your doing a great job yan dev I’ve been playing yandere simulator since 2014 and I see massive improvement keep up the great work!

  22. I think in screenshot where is the tea the letters E and Q (I think these are the ones) are in the wrong place. Q should be on the left side like on the keyboard or i’m wrong? This can be confusing.

  23. hello yandere dev

emm there are some bugs in the game and bugs

1 in yandere simulator when one plays the game sometimes unresponsive or slow

2 in yandere simulator download the download is slow or wait a long time

3 osana najimi should be in the most difficult with sempai’s sister and saiko because they are important to sempai

4 sorry but when you kill someone the wounds are not noticeable or something like that and the bodies of the characters pierce the wall

5 the bug is that people walk freely

6 the principal should not point a gun at a student

What a shame sorry I would like you to fix that 🙂

    • You’re supposed to email that directly to him, he put that on Yandere Simulator’s website.

Also, I don’t think most of those count as bugs.

    • Osana is the first rival, like a tutorial, so she shouldn’t be so hard since it’s the start of the game. About the wounds, I think it’s because of the character models, it may be hard to make them appear so he didn’t program them… Maybe when they change after Osana ?
The principal points a tazer at the player, it shouldn’t kill Ayano, it renders her uncouncious. He does that because he seems to know who’s Ayano’s mother was and doesn’t trust us at all
Sorry if I seem rude, not my intention

  24. Cases and trash cans are bugged in this update. At least, they are for me. If you insert an item into them, it can’t be retrieved. And in Alphabet Killer mode, the weapon will no longer match the position of the case if you drop it off of your back. I tried using the magical girl wand and it became truly magical, as it started floating in the room where it was on my bac. Maybe this has something to do with the bucket interactions? Or were the cases and cans adjusted, too?

Also, speaking of trash cans and buckets, here’s a funny text glitch: hold a mop next to a bucket and trash can, so that it says “R – Dip”. Turn to the trash can, and pick it up. Look back at the bucket, it will still say “R – Dip” instead of “R – Carry”. Sadly, you don’t dip the trash can into the bucket.

  25. Meh. I waited for Aurora C#. I can wait another mont or so np. This is gonna be even better because it is a complete V-Slice instead of a full perpetual beta. We shall see.

  26. Remember:

“A late Osana is eventually good.
But a rushed Osana is a Baka forever.”
    -YandereDev

Good games take time. That’s just how life works.
    What matters is perseverance.

You are the most perseverant game developer I know.

  27. I have a very interesting theory related to the last blurry picture with the kettle and it is that you have the option to poison the bento of Senpai or Osana, when you poison the bento of Osana while eating she will fall asleep from the poison and Raibaru will take her to the hospital but if you poison Senpai’s bento, Osana will take him to the hospital and Raibaru will be left alone, and you may be able to manipulate her with the manga skill.
    (sorry for the bad english)

  28. Your true fans don’t mind when Osana is released. As long as we like the final game, and your mental health is okay, it really doesn’t matter when it gets done to us. I’m more impressed by the fact that you’ve worked on the same game for 7 years and are making steady progress everyday. To me, that’s more important than Osana.

  29. …get outta here. Seriously ? What a great late birthday wish ! Can’t you AT LEAST say things like that about… a week after Yandere Dev’s birthday ? Or even better : don’t say them at all. There are enough hate blogs, Wattpad stories and videos about the subject. And enough harrassing on Yan Dev’s social media. Can’t you see how many positive comments there are on this blog ? You’re just ruining the fun.
I don’t like to be rude. So don’t give me any reason to be.

  30. I wouldn’t be mad if Dev did another video explaining everything, but I am an intelligent and mature person. My theory on the blurred pictures is not only is it befriend/betray but possibly combining it with driving the rival to murder. Ayano convinces Osana to invite her stalker over for tea and she’ll put some knock out drops in his tea to teach him a lesson. (I had theorized that the thing he threatened her with over the phone was suicide or other self harm and as much as Osana doesn’t like this person she’s not so cruel as to want him dead.) Ayano can use knock out drops as agreed or a lethal poison and let Osana take the blame for his death. She could also be tempted to poison Osana.

  31. Don’t worry,Yandere Dev,take your time making updates.. but im very excited for the Osana’s build but- Just a last thing : Don’t say that the next update will be the Osana Build if your not sure but,Thanks. Good Luck for the next updates 🙂
