Video? New build?

EDIT: I’m sorry! It’s been over 48 hours, and the video still isn’t ready yet. Please forgive me! At this point in the video’s production, I can estimate how long it’s going to be: about 12 minutes and 35 seconds. I’ve currently completed 8 minutes and 27 seconds of the video, so it’s about 2/3rds done right now. It’ll definitely be released sometime on October 17th. I hope to have it out as soon as possible! I’m sorry it’s taking so long, and once again, thank you for your patience!

I’ve finished preparing a new build – and it contains something I’ve been discussing for a very long time! I’m currently making a video about it, and I hope to be able to post that video soon – within 48 hours, if possible.

I’d like to keep the details a surprise until the video is released…but, as is tradition, I’ll share some filtered screenshots with you! Here’s the first one:

Almost too dark to see anything…but the true significance of this screenshot is the fact that it was taken in the same location as the previous one, just one moment prior.

Who’s this? She seems familiar. I feel like I’ve seen her before…exactly 708 days ago.

One of these people, you should know…but the other one, you’ve never seen before.

This one is completely new, though!

Who could this be? Very mysterious…

I wonder if anyone will correctly guess what this is a picture of? I have a feeling it will either be absolutely impossible to guess, or extremely obvious…

      • I think it has something to do with Yakuza. It will be like Yan Chan is gonna go to town, even find Kokona involved in compensated dating and search for other means to Osana. The she’ll find Yakuza and eliminate Osana using the Yakuza. And I think that last shot might be the place where Yakuza deals with people.

  10. I think the girl is witness chan based on the hair and how long it’s been. She was also not around for 708 days in game. Oh man. Yanderedev and his mysteries

    • yes, this hair is no longer present in any character in the game, who wore this hairstyle was witness chan, quite likely to be her

    • 708 days ago was 6th of November 2017, in that day YandereDev posted an Osana progress report and Witness-chan appeared in it, so it is highly possible to be her

  11. One of the characters looks like a maid. Wonder if that’s another way to access the maid cafe mini game. The other character loosely reminds me of ai enma from hellgirl. I really need to stop guessing and go to bed 🙂

Exactly 708 days ago, so in YanDev’s video titled “Making Senpai Reject A Love Confession In Yandere Simulator”, you can see Witness-Chan by 5:13 of the video and on the 3rd screenshot you can see Witness-Chan wherein she looks like she’s wearing an apron, maybe she also works in the Maid Cafe?

    ok, srs now, if these images do show the “small city/street” that’s probably the “zoomed out” version of it outside bounds (when you get out of the bounds too far away, you’ll get to see the skybox from far away in some games, i think the light blue part of the image is the skybox)

  32. 1) It seems pretty obvious that it’s the new town, showing us how it will look.
    2) The same as the first one but in night time, or evening.
    3) I’m pretty sure is Ayano’s work, in there he revived Witness-chan as one of the employes (or maidens) there.
    4) It must be Musume Ronshaku with his father. Look at the hairstyle of the girl, it clearly belongs to her
    5) I’m not sure of what that can be… It seems that the building is kinda apart from the main city… Maybe you can get something special from this person…
    6) I’m pretty sure is the Yakuza and not in 1980’s mod, because of the hair in the “player”.
    7) I have to ideas. One: it can be the town, maybe all of this happens in a island. Two: a secret base where you can find ethier tools, or maybe people training there and you can ask to teach you, or maybe the Yakuzas base… But being a ship, no. The silloute doesn’t fit to it… It looks more like an island, but I’m not pretty sure of what EXACTLY can have.

  36. The first picture looks like the street.
    The second picture is entering the alley way where Yan-Chan will meet the Yakuza
    The 3rd picture is Witness-Chan working as a maid.
    The 4th picture is Kokona engaging in compensated dating.
    The 5th picture is probably another client of the Yakuza
    The 6th picture is the Yakuza.
    The 7th picture looks like a body bag or the sunset. I think you might be able to spend the night in town.

  37. Here are my speculations:

    1. The woman at the left looks like a teacher. And all the images take place on what it seems to be the new town.
    2. The same place as in the first image, with the same woman, apparently, but at night.
    3. The girl at the left wears a maid uniform, it could probably be the place where Ayano works. And the girl also has Saki’s first hairstyle, or Witness-chan’s.
    4. Apparently a couple sitting on a bench outside a store. The man at the left looks a lot like Kocho, the school principal.The girl may also not be his couple, she looks too young to be Kocho’s couple or wife. She may be a relative, like his daughter.
    5. A random girl, I have no clue who she can be. It can be a special character to who we can do favors, and she will reward us with something that is impossible to get by Info-chan (maybe the secret to beat Raibaru).
    6. Ayano and the Yakuza brother meeting in an alley.
    7. Maybe it’s the sea, or a view of the town from a distance.

    Ayano wears the clothes she was wearing in the video of “Driving your rivals to murder”.

  40. In the first and second pitcure I think it has something to do with Nemesis. I think it’s her silhoutte.
    In the third and the fouth we can cleary see the previous hair concept of Saki and Kokona (maybe we can see Kokona going to a compensated date?)

    I can’t think anithing for the last three. Maybe it’s something with Yakuza, or something completely new! It could also bee something for the 1980’s mode… but we’ll see in the next build.

  43. The last picture reminds me of Rosemary’s Baby but it’s probably just me lol. It’s probably a corpse sinking into the water, with the part showing being a tattered shoulder.
