Yandere Simulator videos translated into other languages

Some multilingual fans of Yandere Simulator have been gracious enough to translate my YouTube videos for non-English-speaking fans. In this blog post, I will keep a list of YouTube channels that translate my videos, so that non-English-speaking fans will be able to follow the development of the game.

This list will grow over time; I will update this blog post with new channels as I learn about them.

I know that I’ve encountered more translation channels than the ones listed above, but right now, those are the only channels that I can remember. If you encounter or operate a translation channel, please inform me (over e-mail) and I’ll update this blog post to list more languages.

I don’t care about this, YandereDev. Where is the next video? Where is the next update?

I’m sorry. Please be patient.

    • since it seems like they are putting captions and not dubbing you can ask them to put the captions on your videos on your channel and shout them out in the description. that way they get to have their stuff seen and you don’t need to direct people to different places.

  1. Hi dev It’s me! Oka! I’m part of yandereSubsBr! People are very happy for their keyboard to have mentioned people! People are very excited ❤ #IAmBrazil

  3. yandere dev there is a bug if u add a custom hair texture in the a game and change yan chans hair to her side ponytails or her pigtails
the texture will change to her originel coler and yes i did this with many hair textures they all did the samething

  4. How does one even get big enough to have videos about their games translated into other languages? A friend of mine and I were talking about making a game together, and I began to wonder how one even starts with the advertising. Yandere Simulator’s fans didn’t just come out of nowhere, so how did YanDev get so many people pepped for a game that’s still in development?

  5. hi Yanderedev im not weri good in english and im a german girl. What I would like to say is, if you have finished the game, then you can add merere languages like for example: German / German, Chinese, portogisesch … and so on, that would be very great.

  6. Sorry YandereDev, we’re just anxious and excited what you have in store! Sorry for us being rowdy c:

    • Byłoby świetnie, gdyby ktoś zaczął tłumaczyć YS na polski. Trzymam kciuki, by Ci się to udało :d.

  7. Hey guys! I love yandere simulator and I know this is gonna be totally irrelevant, but I’m doing a website for my technology class (woah TECHNOLOGY), and we are doing a competition on who can get at least a 100 visitors! If you could just check it out a little bit that would be awesome! —-> http://blanctetbrun.weebly.com/

  8. Yandere Dev… you sly dog… i just looked at one of the the delinquents’ masks and the Japanese letters on it, くそ, translate to “fuck”. You just couldn’t resist haha

    • i’m irritated with it too, but then i remember that game development has a lot of back and forth–osana is taking forever because a lot of little things are added to the game to make the experience of taking her down greater and then when she finally IS finished yandev still has to go back and fill in all the other blank spaces such as the guidance counselor, the club rooms, the rest of the students, the rest of the faculty, etc. before he can release the official demo

in my opinion he shouldn’t have even started her until everything else in the school was finished/fully implemented and he’d gotten every the assest he needed; however i’m not the game developer and i don’t have 50billion other jobs to do on top of it and developing video games has a lot of back and forth

    • People get mad at irritated fans for giving their opinion…honestly lets be real he’s taking soooo long and yeah before you say “Try to make your own game then” Have you guys tried? Do you even know if it’s true that you work 24/7? No?? Then your argument is equally invalind. THE END.

      • Exactly, What bothers me, is that he spends so much time doing NOTHING for the game. These things of April Fools, where just another waste of time! But then, you hear him saying “Progress in being made”. No, it’s not. The only thing that he is doing, is complaining of how much he works, and doing stuff that has nothing to do with the game.

I wonder, how normal people can work 12 and much more hour oer day, to give some food to his family, under the sun, with boss who is given them struggles and problems, debts to pay, kids, etc.He works at his home, at his times, at the time he wants to star. Everyone one is cheering him up, and giving him their support. There’s even people working for him without getting nothing.

But the only thing that he can do, is complain and saying “I’m sorry”.

  9. does anyone notice that when class starts the gardening club members and leader vanish and don’t come back, im not sure if im the only one that gets that

    • they disappear to give the illusion that they went to class, they’re not real students yet and yandev has said before that they’re only there to convey an idea

  10. Seems like no bulgarian translations any time soon, not sure if even there are Bulgarian fans of the game (except me and my friend) so I’m not sure if I should make one…

  11. I would like to help you translate yours projets in french but i prefer help you translate the game in french when the time will come ^^ you said on your website you’ll make a blogpost for finding translators for the game when it would be finish.
So i’ll be wainting until then 🙂

  12. yandere dev!!! please add indonesian translation please!! half indonesian people dont know english language very well, please! i will be very happy if you notice my idea! Thank You! Tolong ya 🙂

  13. Yandere Dev forgot added something that important for high schooler , That is school bag !
Yan-chan can hide and store her weapon or evidence on her school bag !
And seems weird enough saw character not bring anything when came and way back to the home without school bag !

Hope yandere dev or staff or volunteer read this and give him suggestion about this….
You really clumsy yandere dev forgot this one !

    • exactly! he has a video comparing hitman to yansim and in it he talks about his weapons menu and how sucky he thinks it is, then shows a few examples of how other games do it–well i’ve always thought that the school bag should be out weapons menu! you can only pick up another item if you have enough room in the pockets, you have to keep school books in it (to remain the innocent school girl), and you can even have a pocket dedicated to your phone

it makes sense in the realm of the story and offers the player more slots to carry stuff and even a fun time erranging everything

      • I’m almost certain he doesn’t use school bags because that’s the first thing the police would search. If it were that simple, he would’ve done that a long time ago. Kokona does have a school bag on her desk to put cigarettes in and I’m sure all students will get one eventually, but Yandere-chan won’t be able to carry weapons in it.

      • not nessacarily, yan-chan drops all of her weapons at the end of the day and the player can always dispose of them before any cops arrive–that’s what the incinerator is for. using her bag is a waaay better, more realistic, more functionable weapons menu than that god-awful skirt idea he had back in 2015

      • i mentioned i thought it was awful, even if we don’t know her offical age, yan-chan is still a high school student; that skirt thing, it’s gross

      • Yeah, it might be kinda distasteful, I admit, but I do atleast think that we should have an inventory system that would make Ayano look like…a “Sneaky Salesman”, as YandereDev stated. YanDev should probably find an inventory system that would atleast make her look like one.

      • my thing is that she’s not a sneaky salesman, she’s a girl in highschool and it makes more sense for her to just use her bag, esepcially if students are going to be carrying them anyway

the skirt makes more sense for the deliquents or info-chan, not someone trying to discuise themselves as an innocent school girl (also what about when she changes clothes?); the grid based system he wants is still possible in a backpack and it would give the player another responsibility–if you drop the bag, students or teachers could find it and you’d just have a shitton of weapons with your fingerprints on them; you’d have to put it someplace no one would find it

  14. Hello. I was playing Yan Sim, when I decided to switch uniforms. I kept switching, switching, switching, when I heard someone talk…
“Ooh! ________ that!” was all I heard. It was like Midori’s voice?? I looked this up but didn’t find anything. Also, I got it to happen twice. Has anyone else had this?
P.S. I switched uniforms using the debug.

    • I’m sure YanDev is fine. Trying to coordinate such a large task is quite taxing. But I checked the countdown meter a few hours back and it said 12 hours give or take. Check ten minutes ago now it’s back over a day… I get how hard this is, but the countdown meter is confusing.

  15. Ah.. I don’t really like leaving suggestions, but, this could make the game more realistic. Maybe the incinerator is seen as dangerous. The school wants to be safe, so they make a chute. The chute is too small to push down a body.
You have to dismember the corpse to get it in there. It’ll make the incinerator possibly more difficult.
    Just an idea, though.

    • Hmm… Or perhaps needing permission from the counsellor to use it.

On another note, I’ve been trying to dump a corpse from the roof into the open dumpster by the incinerator. Haven’t managed it yet, though. Is there any real purpose to the dumpster?

      • it’s just an easy elimination method; when you trick a rival into meeting with you, if you plan it right, you can get rid of the body in the dumpster–just have to put garbage bags over it.

as for the incinerator, it’ll be harder to get to once all 90-100 students are in the game and both the delinquents and gardening club have proper AI and schedules. so making it even more hard to access would probably piss off a lot people.

  16. Hey guys, I just have a question. What is stopping Yandere-chan from confessing her feelings for Senpai on the Friday of the week you eliminate Osana? Why not just confess after you eliminate Osana?

    • Let’s take a look at the Yandere-chan.
Her “dere” side is determined by shyness. She doesn’t want anyone to know about her feelings, because senpai can know about them. And if he finds out about her feelings before her independent confess – it will be a ‘disaster’.
Her “yan” side defines jealousy. She doesn’t want to compete with someone, because it’s also a waste of time, also useless.
And, she still needs time. She needs to spend time with senpai to like him, and she doesn’t have time for this, Because pastime with senpai is occupied by her rivals. As I said, she doesn’t want to compete. It is easier to get rid of barrier, that on clean path, without any problems, go ahead to her goal.
Outside of school, she can’t meet with senpai, because he doesn’t know her at all, and during school she can’t because of her rivals. Rivals to bind hands Yandere-chan, and therefore it is easier for her to tear up these ropes to win senpai with free hands. Because there simply is a risk that senpai will like one of rivals, and not Yandere-chan. She doesn’t tolerate competition. If she is confess to sempai immediately after elimination, then it will not be cool: first, senpai will be in turmoil that there is no Osana, and Yandere-chan will not be on time; secondly – he doesn’t know her, he will think that she is abnormal, and Yandere-chan will only scare him away.
And just – Yandere-chan has such a nature. There is a rival in way of their happiness – they kill them. That’s why they are yandere. About the next rivals warns Info-chan, because without her Yandere would be hard, and only Info-chan can know about this, since it helps. Yandere don’t care – while Info isn’t a rival, but an ally – let him know. Such cases, Yandere-chan don’t care about anything except senpai.

And player himself will determine what kind of Yandere-chan will actually be. Of course, initially she is a psychopath, but player will decide, what she will be in the end.

      /sorry for my bad english(((/
      /sorry for such a long message/

      • But, all the rivals are absent until their week starts, and most of them are people Senpai doesn’t even know, especially the substitute teacher or nurse. How would info-chan, Yandere-chan, or even Senpai know that these girls have a crush on him? And even if they did somehow know this information, how would they KNOW that Megami Saikou is the last rival, and know that the Friday after you eliminate her is the right time to confess? The more logical solution is to confess on the Friday after you eliminate Osana, but, during the week, give Senpai anonymous thoughtful gifts and notes, and then, tell him that you are the one who was giving him notes on the Friday you confess. Most of the rivals would know to stay away from Senpai at that point, because he already has a girlfriend, who, I would assume would be with him at all times.
