For every day that the matchmaking update continues to be delayed, I’ll post a preview of what you can expect to see in the next build of the game. I don’t want to give too many things away, so today, I’m going to be more vague than usual!

Who’s this dude? What is this new interaction menu that is visible on the right? How does this fit into the next update? It’s too early for me to go into detail…but feel free to speculate!

In an old build, there was an option to seduce someone, it was never implemented and was given up on but now i think it is back
Also there is this from the wiki
On the scheme menu, the description is, “This scheme will end with your rival falling in love with another student”.
In the future, Yandere-chan will have to stalk her current rival and find out who the suitor is. The player will then have to perform a task for the rival and the suitor, becoming their friends. After both become her friend, Yandere-chan will have to ask them to “Go Away” so they will go to the same place at the same time and have a bashful conversation.
Once the conversation is over, on the task wheel, the option “Matchmake” will appear. If the player presses the “Matchmake” option, the suitor will confess that he has a crush on the rival and wants to do something nice for her.
The next step is to steal an object from the rival and give it to the suitor via the “Matchmake” option. He will bring it to the rival. Yandere-chan then will have to use the “Matchmake” option with the rival. The rival will confess that she likes two different boys but she doesn’t know who to choose.
Yandere-chan will then have to take a picture of Senpai speaking to another girl, and then show it to the rival, who will then become discouraged from speaking to Senpai. If the player “Matchmakes” to the suitor, he will then say how he doesn’t know how to make a love confession. If the player’s Psychology or Seduction stats are high enough, Yandere-chan can give him advice of how to make a confession to the rival. After all the steps, the suitor will confess to the rival and she will be peacefully eliminated.”

He said that it would take at least 2 days or at most 7 days. So if anything you can expect this up date within the next 3 days.

I Emailed him stupid email. And he respond back that he doesn’t have a magical ball and he doesn’t know when will be the build ready and said don’t contact him again in that ‘topic’. But maybe september 22.

I don’t think implementing LGBT students would bring anything to the game… the game doesn’t need these to be fun.
I agree that it would still be fun too! I would just be happier funding a game that represents lgbt people and I think many of us agree that representation is nice. Honestly I’m hoping there will be disabled characters and poc characters but there are for example no elevators for paraplegic students anyway and Japanese schools are less likely to be racially diverse so I understand why they might not be included. Except being able to make senpai many skin tones (baldpai lol).
Read the FAQs. YanDev stated he interviewed a Japanese teacher about this and they said that no one in school is openly LGBT and only come out when they graduate.

Well that makes sense, since some countries in Asia don’t take the topic of “LGBT” very well. The students might be bullied because of their sexuality, so it’s logical to keep it a secret and confess when you don’t have to deal with it in the future.

As Yandere Dev has said before, Now that he has the small things that can usually get done in less than two weeks, it might take longer for implementing more elimination methods and other things he envisions for the game, since they are bigger things that require more detail and work, ( ex: Voice acting, models, weapons,ect. ) I’m sure that this update will be worth the wait for you though. I’m crossing my fingers!

I think the option is to… ask who their crush is? Maybe it is to tell them that their crush likes them back?
Not totally sure, but maybe the options say something like: ‘Pose’ (So, maybe, show the person something cool that you can do), ‘Give Gift’ ( Possibly something to make them your friend, or maybe have feelings for you.. Like seduction?) and ‘Talk Up..’ (As in, talk highly of a student *Cough* Kokona *Cough* and make the person think highly of someone, *Cough* Kokona *Cough*). Or, maybe they aren’t even related to matchmaking. Who knows? (*facepalm* Some people actually do. Like the YandereDev. *Facepalm, facepalm, facepalm.*) Oh yeah. :3

I think since the guy is dressed up like someone with alot of money, he will be Kokona’s suitor as he will pay back her father’s debts for her.
The interaction on the left looks like the option to gift a student and the option on the right looks like the ability to flirt. I am not sure what the highlighted top option is yet.
