Darn – there were still a few nasty bugs lingering in the latest build of the game! I had to upload a new one. Scroll down beneath this chilling illustration by KarimeNami! I’m always surprised to see artwork that is so beautiful and so morbid at the same time!
- Fixed bug that would cause Teacher’s Pets and Teachers to become stuck in place if the Teacher’s Pet tried to lead the teacher to a corpse after the player had destroyed that corpse.
- Fixed bug that would cause students to perform their walking animation while moving at “run speed” if they witnessed a corpse or a murder while investigating a suspicious sound.
- Attempted to fix bug that would cause Yandere-chan to permanently freeze if a teacher spotted Yandere-chan in a suspicious state while the teacher was running towards a corpse.
- Fixed bug that would cause Social Butterflies to recognize Yandere-chan as a murderer even if she had been wearing a mask at the time she committed murder.
- Fixed bug that would allow Yandere-chan to change her shoes at her shoe locker when wearing outfits that shouldn’t support shoe-changing.
- Fixed bug that would cause teachers to not enter the “Struggle” animation if they were attacked while performing a reaction to a corpse.
- Fixed bug that would cause Yandere-chan to permanently freeze in place if a teacher spotted her trespassing.
- Fixed bug that would cause a mind-broken slave to continue talking and muttering to herself after death.
- Fixed bug that would cause Social Butterflies to twitch when hiding in one of their hiding places.
- Fixed bug that would cause a mind-broken slave’s “blood fountain” sound effect to not play.
- Fixed bug that would cause a mind-broken slave’s weapon to be invisible.
This is the third bug fixing build this week! Jeez, it really was buggy.

Right now I am thinking at me playing this wonderful game in future..wow. A lot changes. I see myself using to play the game : the eliminations methods, exploring the enviromnents , performing tasks.. I see me at Anime Expo dressed as Yandere-Chan or Midori Gurin. I see me as a programmer, as a youtuber and as an artist .. I am hopeless. YandereDev, you change a lot of people in something better. I am still that person from 2 years ago but I am better. 3 Bug-Fixing builds this week…
YandereDev has been busy. O_O
I quite literally just got done playing the last build and checked the blog out of habit to find this update! Wow YandereDev! but really, I love the game a lot and every big update makes me so excited, I can’t wait for all the things that will come in the future!
Btw, has anyone else noticed what Midori is saying when you stand close enough to her? It’s hilarious

I think you can take a break- you’ve been working so hard on this game for such a long time, that you deserve a 2 week vacation or just take some time off to play video games and relax!

Kind of an off-topic question, but here I go:
YandereDev hates getting stupid e-mails, we know that. However, he said that he likes getting fan works such as fanart and cosplay. Does anybody know how he feels about fanfiction? I know he doesn’t have a lot of time, and fanfiction is way more time-consuming to read than just looking at fanart/cosplay. I honestly don’t recall him ever mentioning this particular subject. So, my question is, does anybody know if YandereDev likes to recieve fanfiction or not?
Btw: I didn’t even write anything, I am just… thinking about it.

So after the turtle god forgives my sins the body is still there. I disposed it in the wood chipper but they still said they found a body. I even activated the machine too! Is anyone else having this problem?

When you talk to a student at the end of the day while they are changing their shoe so they can go home and you ask them to follow you they will then run in their locker and if you if ask them to go away they will walk in the air. That bug has been in the game for quite a while now, but I couldn’t report because I don’t know how to contact YandereDev.

Stuff like this is my I voted on fixing some codes in the overall game on the poll.
Depending on what this exactly means, it would really be the best option, as it would speed up game development in the future. Game might be less buggy with new features.
