My guess is when Yandere-chan goes completely insane, and is caught by the nurse, she is restrained. From there, she is tied to a bed to keep her from inflicting any more damage. Oh! Or the Nurse tranquilized her, as her eyes are closed, and then tied her to the bed to keep her from stopping. I’m thinking that it’s a “Heart-break” method, or something along those lines. I have a speculation. Maybe the reason why Ayano is tied down is because practically everyone at school has saw her murder someone and a person took it into their own hands to control her. Or, by the looks of it, the bed looks like a bed you would see at a hospital…maybe the school nurse tied her down? Because Ayano looks like she’s been “knocked out” by something. This is very interesting YandereDev! Cant wait to find out what it is. I think this would go with the basement camera though. You can record and watch your victim while at school by using your phone. That would be awesome!

My guess is…and I’m really hoping I’m right….Is that Yandere-chan has a yandere stalker of her own and this is one of the consequences from failing the eventual encounter.
