I always aim to update the game on the 1st and 15th days of every month. However, the game’s next feature is more complex than the average feature, so I need a few more days to prepare the next build. The next build will probably be ready sometime between now and May 20th.
For every 24 hours that pass without a new build, I’ll post a screenshot of something that is new in the next update. Here’s what you get to see this time:
Who’s that girl with tanned skin, loose socks, and a skirt way shorter than school regulations? I’m only going to tell you two things: First, she will be an important part of the next update. Second, her hair was modeled by the super-talented Druelbozo, who is accepting commissions, by the way!

She can be an original character. Homage and parody are things. A different personality, name, and you have a different character even if she’s clearly based on Galko-chan. Anime is full of Rei and Shana clones. There is room for more cute gyarus. (And totally agree that people shouldn’t call Galko-chan a hoe. Galko-chan is caring, considerate, and chaste).

To put it in occidental terms and for other people to know: is like when you all went goth or emo or hipster on your teenage or young adult years as a way to rebel against the adults but in Japan you went gyaru, lolita or any other fashion. Yandere-Dev already HAS Osana-Chan’s model and has worked on a feature in which Osana-Chan talks to Senpai. He’ll probably add Osana-Chan first.
The girl here is probably a rival, but NOT the delinquent rival. The delinq. rival has a design. She has straight blond hair, fair skin and wears a jacket.
This girl, while probably being a rival, might be added in like Oka was: A normal student that has a crush on Senpai but will act like a normal student and be a full-fledged rival in the future.

I feel like you’re pretty off. That girl is very likely to be someone from an anime, in which she’s a gyaru. In the anime she’s just late, not so much as delinquent. She’s a gyaru, so it’s be difficult to lable her as a delinquent. Also, she would probably not be a rival at all, consideding she was inspired or is from anime. Also, the delinquent art has mostly been shown, which is blonde, but a different shade and a much more different outfit. Moge.
