I always try to upload a new build of the game on the 1st and 15th days of every month, right when the clock strikes midnight (in the PST timezone). The next build won’t be ready within 3 hours, but it should be ready within 27 hours!
Before I get back to work, I wanted to share some fan art with you:

- I don’t actually know who illustrated this artwork, but gosh darn it, it sure is pretty!

Killing the nurse, rival, and talking to the counselor requires animations and/or voice acts that he just doesn’t have at the moment, and is depending on volunteers to deliver that criteria professionally. That will probably be implemented last (before the Kickstarter). Be patient.

Killing Osana is probably going to implemented last. He needs the models, animations and probably a shitton more crap to do. But he’ll get it done soon! He also wants better hair physics. x3

Dang. Was hoping for an update today but I guess I can wait. After all, the builds are really for testing, so theres no rush at all; whenever you need people to test your game, that’s when you should best post it. Schedules are hard to stay on top of. You’re doing great though, and I’m definitely dropping 50 dollars for the Kickstarter no matter how long this game takes to develop. (but don’t go TOO slow, haha)
As soon as I’m out of a hole, I’m pledging $100+ to him. ❤ I can't help but wanna help. (I'm even trying to find 3D animators and 3D artists to maybe help him out as volunteers ;-;
I think that ANY help, even the most smallest possible help, is much appreciated. I’m still in high school and I am amateur in animations and etc, and I know he’s looking for professional stuff, so I just made it my goal to at least pledge 50$. (as long as PayPal is supported… (I usual don’t participate in crowd funds but yandere sim is special) …But idk).
Same. Yandere Simulator is just something absolutely exciting and special. And I cannot wait for it to come out. I just want to help so bad. Hell, I got upset slightly on one of his streams cause I want to participate with fan art but I can’t draw people for shit. And dammit Dev turned right around and told me to draw anything and with little questions, I drew something and contributed. Sure it isn’t too good, but dammit I’m a part of this shit. I will go down with Yandere Sim. And shit, Dev HARDLY sleeps. Poor man needs some sleep sometimes. x3
I couldn’t even imagine how difficult it is for him. Game development must take SERIOUS commitment. He needs a break, but I don’t think it’s a good idea because he needs to focus on getting the game ready for the Kickstarter asap. Then, he can probably take a long break during the Kickstarter period.
Ik he really wants to make himself known to be a hardworking developer, so it makes sense went he’s shown lots of commitment. I’m glad he’s in control of the game. =)
Yeah, but poor Dev needs his sleep. If he doesn’t sleep, then the game won’t be done as fast. It’s better if he takes like 1 day out of the week just to rest and relax and then go back to work. I feel bad for him sometimes. 4(+ maybe) hours of sleep and 12+ hours of work.. :c

I was actually wanting to ask about that if he streamed. So far what I’ve heard, if Senpai is a female, you will have a lesbian couple and the rivals will be guys. (Which honestly I fucking love the idea)

Dev has confirmed that if senpai is female the rivals will stay female and be bisexuals while ayano and senpai are lesbians
Currently it’s only possible if you mess with the students file.You can actually change any NPC’s gender but you also need to change the hairstyle or they’ll appear bald.And also,Senpai’s voice is always the same (it’s pretty hilarious)
What…They they might make senpai’s voice like yandere’s.And in one of devpai’s blog it says gender 100%. XD

That’s actually a pretty good idea. Plus it would be an even greater surprise to the fans to receive an update when they’re not expecting it, and it wouldn’t be as stressful to the Dev. 🙂
Yeah, but no one would know when to expect an update. If you don’t get updates on Youtube, Tumblr, this website, ect.. No one will know when it’ll update and some may get even more impatient and send floods of emails to Dev asking when it’ll be out.
@Corkiedog1, the fact that they don’t know when to expect updates is…kind of the point. The fact that there’s an update so unexpectedly, it would be even MORE surprising. And, no disappointment for some people. Plus it would be even more healthy for the Dev. As for those who will get impatient, let them-there wouldn’t be anymore deadlines so it wouldn’t matter, and they would make themselves look like the fools they are. I see more comments telling people to stop rushing him than I see people actually rushing him. We have a good, strong community-they can easily put them haters in their place and they’ll eventually stop. This is a wonderful community.

Everyone complaining should be patient. The older builds do have funny glitches at least. Try developing a game within a day. You wouldnt finish by yourself and if you do, it will be too buggy. Devpai is trying his best. March 1st build was delayed, but that is understandable due to leap year and February 21st build.
