Sorry for the delay! The new build is ready. The focus of this build is a new type of character: juvenile delinquents!

Additions and Fixes
- I noticed that some people enjoy playing the game with the camera zoomed in as far as possible. I think this is a terrible idea, because it gives you a very poor view of your surroundings. I’ve added a new debug command to the debug menu; pressing the “T” key will cause the camera to switch to an “over-the-shoulder” viewpoint when fully zoomed in. Now maybe you weirdos who play with the camera zoomed in will actually be able to see what’s around you.
- Added a new background track to the game (that means adding 9 versions, one for each combination of atmosphere and sanity). When the schoolday begins, the player has a random chance of hearing the old track or the new track.
- Fixed bug that would prevent the circular saw from being labeled as a piece of evidence after using it to dismember a girl, making it impossible to avoid the police after using the circular saw to dismember a corpse.
- Fixed bug that would allow the player to carry corpses even if their Physical Education grade wasn’t high enough, if that corpse had been dropped off of a rooftop.
- Fixed bug that would prevent gloves from being incinerated, resulting in the police always arresting Yandere-chan even if she had worn gloves while killing.
- Fixed bug that allowed the player to carry a weapon and a corpse simultaneously.
- Added voiced lines for the armless demon. I mean, uh…the…totally normal guy.
- Moved the incinerator to a new location.
Delinquents
- Placed delinquent characters outside of the garbage disposal zone.
- Delinquents will shove you away if you get too close to them.
- Delinquents will raise their weapons and prepare for a fight if they see you wielding a weapon in their vicinity.
- Delinquents will lower their weapons if they see you lower your weapon.
- Delinquents will attack you if you get too close to them while wielding a weapon.
- Delinquents will run up to you and attack you if they see you dragging/carrying a corpse or a body part.
- Being attacked by a delinquent will result in a game over.
- Delinquents will not attack you if you are carrying a corpse inside of a cello case.
Discrete Corpse Transportation
- Added a cello case to the game.
- It is possible to wear the cello case on your back.
- It is possible to open and close the cello case.
- When the cello case is open, it is possible to place body parts or a katana inside of it.
- Added carry-able trashcans to the game.
- It is possible to place body parts inside of trash cans in order to carry the body parts discreetly and sneak them past delinquents.
What’s Next?
My currently objective is to make all clubs functional. That’s why I added delinquents to the game; otherwise, the Light Music Club’s benefit (a cello case) would not have seemed very useful. For now, I’ll continue to implement all club benefits. I hope that they will all be operational by March 15th! After the club benefits are all implemented, I’ll return to implementing all rival elimination methods.
Wait, but how is it possible that such a rebelious delinquent girl has a crush on senpai who’s such a pussy and the nerdiest student in the whole school?
In the full game, there would be a cutscene that shows how the rivals fall in love with Senpai; So it is a mystery for now.
They bump into each other and senpai offers help.
They do say opposites attract, I guess.
Will female delinquents be wearing long shirts in the future?
If you got near them and press “v” they will wear long skirts 😀

YandereDev you should do an update that the school’s roof had a mini door leading to the school clock systems that the end of class some girls would say goodbye, and Ayano cut the wire clock that would make it fall on them, killing them crushed
At first i was like: what? Then im like: damn thats the best idea ive ever heard for this game lol
So what you are saying is make a girl stand under the clock, cut the whire and the clock will fall killing her? But how are you going to get her under the clock? What about putting a fake love letter from senpai in her locker with the question if they could meet under the clock after school?
That’s an amazing idea! But there has to be a reason for her to enter the clock~
This is legit the best idea I’ve ever heard. You should search like crazy for a bug and send a bug report to yanderedev’s e-mail and stealthily sneak this idea in.

If the clock fell, then the school would be closed for faulty equipment. BTW, how would nobody notice that?
And what school would have a door leading to delicate equipment that is just unlocked for somebody to walk into?
No, it won’t be closed. I’d rather say that the school would get a new clock which would be impossible to destroy (just like that when you throw someone off the rooftop, you can’t do this anymore [in older builds]).

And I know this is Japan but if faulty equipment killed someone somebody is gonna get sued
And eventually they will found out that someone tampered with the clock and then that person get arrested
There are countless reasons why this idea won’t work
YES!!!! I love the fact that there’s at least one benefit to having a low reputation!! 😀 I can imagine all sorts of things you can ask the delinquents to do for you once you befriend them~ Bullying for you~ Stalking people for you~ Stealing for you~ Borrow weapons from them~ I see them wearing masks so perhaps they’ll give you one once you’re part of them and you can use it to conceal your face from victims~
It’s an interesting mechanic that could give a lot of options~ Of course, the downside is that if your reputation is low, people might be les willing to talk to you or easily suspect you if they catch you in the middle of some wrongdoing.

Maybe there could be a way to learn secrets about their leader and gossip about the leader to the gang so they would turn their backs to the old leader and pick you as the new one?
Nice! What would be epic in the future would be to see like.. Delinquants knocking you down but you would wake up 3 hours after with a beat up face. Hehe

Amazing update, Yandere Dev! One question though: I’ve tried playing it (with keyboard) and the arm-demon-summoning thing no longer works. Was that taken out of this update? I’ve done everything like I used to do in the last update, but to no avail. Just wanted to ask.

should be added to the game a fight against criminals because you can not always support their jostling and also reveal that criminals against rival criminal and running with it
Ok I have an idea about next update. When you do a favor and ask someone to leave you alone with your victim, after you kill them, after some time wouldn’t the person you asked to leave suspect you, and stop being friends with you after some time. Just to make things more interesting.
I think if it’s okay that he did a favor because if we do not could end up destroying our lives and we could also join the gang and do favors to help us to finish against rival criminal

I saw people having a HARD time taking off the cello case kubz scouts he said he pressed all the keys and the cello case still doesn’t come out!

I love their character designs, but…wouldn’t it still be a game over if your reputation got too low? I think before you would get a game over because apparently you would be considered a delinquent? That being said, I think it would interesting to see the leader of the delinquents try to get senpai. I dunno maybe I’m just getting some facts mixed up…

If your reputation is 0% it’s going to be a game over. I think he means to get in with the delinquents that you need to be somewhere like in the bottom 25% or something.
hey isnt a good way to dispose of body pieces one by one just to drag the body as close to the incinerator as possible then cut it up so the journey is much quicker, thats not so bad then

I’m sorry. Yandere Dev said he cannot accept characters made by other people for legal reasons. You can commission http://druelbozo.deviantart.com/ , the 3-D modeler for the game, to add your character’s hairstyle to the game as a customization option for Yandere Chan (I think) but that’s about it. No official characters. And I’m not even sure if you could do that, because the hairstyle would kind of legally belong to whoever made that anime dollmaker, and not you. And just a note for the future, dollmaker characters aren’t considered good official art outside of perhaps online roleplaying.
You could still do other stuff with her! Make her your own oc, draw her, write fanfics about her, whatever.

I don’t believe that it is sexist to take panty shots. I do believe it is questionable, but this is a questionable game. It is not for the faint of heart. If a thing such as panty shots and demon summoning makes them uncomfortable, then killing innocent high school girls and cutting them apart is going to break them. This game isn’t for everyone and you can never please everyone. I for one think that YandereDev should do what he would like for the game and not have media get in the way of his own dreams for the game
This is very true. Yanderedev is doing a great job, he is having fun(it seems, as long as people don’t send annoying emails) and the game is going in a nice direction. I like how he doesn’t let things like twitch and media influence him.

Well, the demon summoning isn’t working and it’s true that the girls all glitch out when you point your camera at them, but I’ll be damned if this update isn’t great! I love it already, can’t wait to see what you have in store next 🙂

I think that we need a few more Club benefits. It should help when we perform Yandere-Actions. Plus I got a bunch of ideas.
Also don’t read this if you hate clubs, this is all regarding about the clubs and Yandere-Actions. 🙂
Disposing of corpses ideas:
-You should implement a feature where you can put the body parts in the suitcase that we always kidnap people with and by joining the Light Music Club, you wont be suspicious, because when you kidnap people it says “pretending to be a musician”.
-By joining the Drama Club, you can claim that the body parts are “School Props” that hasn’t been used.
-Implement a club where you can learn to do carpenter things, allowing you to make a wooden box where you can place body parts inside.
-If you join the Swimming/Sports Club, you have access to a towel (when you finish swimming/when you sweat) and (can stuff only one body part in it per time) claim it’s unusable, which allows the delinquents to let you in. But by saying “unusable” you have to dispose of the towel aswell.
-The Occult Club… Supposed to be scary, am I right? You can put body parts there, and everyone will think that it’s a decoration, because it’s the Occult Club. Guys, c’mon.
Bloody clothing ideas:
-Joining the Art Club, (already mentioned) wearing a beret fools people to think you finished painting something.
-By joining the Swimming Club, you can have access to the Swimming Club room, where there has to be water. Once a week, you’ll be on duty to clean the swimming pool. You can wash your clothing there which will not give people suspicions that one of your clothing in the locker is missing. After you finish, you have to get rid of the pool water, just incase it’s dirty for the next lesson. (I’ll leave that idea for you.)
Weapon Disposal:
-Nobody will have a suspicion if you join the Cooking Club, allowing you to wield a knife (no other weapon) freely without any reputation loss.
-Carrying a ritual knife everywhere if you join the Occult Club doesn’t give any suspicion.
-If you join the Drama Club, you won’t get suspected while carrying a Katana as you can claim it to be a prop.
-Implement a Bo Staff, Nunchuck or any other Martial Arts items into the Martial Arts Club. If you carry those things, you wont be suspected.
However, the delinquents will be aware (I call this the “make the delinquents smarter” idea) about you carrying those weapons no matter what, unless it’s around 4:00 – 5:30. Why? At 4, all the students leave, unless they have a club. If you don’t leave, the Delinquents will know you have a club to attend. At 5:30, the club activity end. They will start wondering if you aren’t going back at all.
If the delinquents go back at 4:00, please slap me. :I
But that’s mostly all my suggestions I guess. PEACE~

So question. You said that if Yandere-chan’s reputation is too low by the time she has to confess to Senpai, he will reject her. So if that’s the case, why would Senpai fall for the Delinquent rival?

2 ways to win the game now. One way is by being good and tricking good students as we know it, and other way is by overruling the delinquent leader by being bad.
OMG We NEED A Way to become the leader of the delinquents, like killing the boss or by killing the delinquents and forcing them to do stuff
I think that there should be a town. This means, if the delinquent rival does come one day, there could be an option to frame her for theft. If this happens, maybe on the last day of the game, there is an awesome fight where she kidnaps Senpai and Yandere Chan has to save him- just an idea…
Wait. When I got the latest build I couldn’t find a way to get Kokona to follow me. I don’t know if that was added yet but I’ve seen youtubers get her to follow them and I still can’t find a way to do it! What’s going on?

I think that there should be like around five delinquents in total. I mean, the other clubs have that many members as well so it would make more sense. And right now half the school is a delinquent.
What would be cool is to be able to keep the heads in the basement as trophies.
