For the love of all that is holy, DO NOT e-mail me and ask me when the next update is coming out, because by making me read your e-mail, you’re reducing the amount of time that I can spend working on the game, and thus you’re delaying the next update.

Also, please DO NOT volunteer if you have zero experience doing whatever it is you’re trying to volunteer to do. Just because you own a microphone, this does not make you a voice actor. Just because you’ve made an MMD video, this does not make you an animator. Just because you can scribble a stick figure onto a piece of paper, this does not make you an artist. Do not volunteer unless you have an impressive portfolio of previous work to show me.
These posts do not stop 100% of all stupid e-mails, but whenever I don’t have a post like this at the top of my blog, I get 10x the number of e-mails that I normally receive.

Since I think a lot of people who write you an e-mail played your game, you would prevent this mass of mail by doing something into the game. ^^

I was waiting for the new update video, then i wonder why he didnt upload a new video, so i come to the blog and saw this, i was so excited yesterday that there will be a new update, then those STUPID EMAIL SENDERS THAT ALWAYS GIVING STUPID EMAIL AND ACTUALLY NEVER READ ANY OF THE BLOG CONTENT OR YANDERE DEV’S UPDATE VIDEO FULLY crushed my excitement

Make a new e-mail address and share it with your established volunteers so you can keep in contact with them. Then burn the old e-mail address and don’t worry about it.
How about using search button? Like ask for volunteer and bug reporters to put the titles (Bug report) and (Volunteering) if he hasnt already, and easily search up the whole mail using the search button and find them..
This wouldn’t work. By putting this on the blog, you are telling people how to contact him. Plus, he wouldn’t be able to get bug reports from the very people who play the game. Good idea though.

It is no easy task to stop people over the internet. It is frustrating but it’s reality.
As much as most of us are trying to stop this problem it most likely will continue because that is just normal human behaviour.I wish everybody luck and YandereDev motivation to keep on going:)

When sending an email , don’t think you are one of the few exeptions that will slip by.
Because there are no exeptions to go by unoticed.
I am sacrificing my own time to try and stop someone else’s problem because i think about my actions (YandereDev doesn’t need to read this). I want to help other people too. Not just myself . writing a pointless email will just waste your time,YandereDev’s time and alot of eager fans’ time. As much as you might want to email someone as awesome as a game developer it’s just disappointing you can’t understand somebody’s plea to stop.

Why don’t you simply delete all the stupid e mails? Don’t stop to clik and read it just read the frist words and see that is stupid and delete.

Assuming it takes 15 seconds to read the first lines and then delete it, that makes 4 deleted emails a minute. Imagine he receives 1,000 stupid emails a day. That makes a bit more than 4 hours reading the first lines and then deleting them. And people are persistent. If you don’t answer they email back over and over again with the same stupid question.
I said it once and I will say it again: the stupid e-mails will ¡¡¡>*~NOT~*<!!! (sorry, I cannot make a glaring, blinky GIF with it…) stop until you add an in-game warning about it. Hopefully, one that is impossible to not see or skip the first time a person loads the game on a PC. Fully voiced, full of flashing lights, scolding and the green-haired girl we know as Question-chan dying painfully. Only THEN stupid e-mails will decrease considerably… maybe.

Fanart is probably fine. Yandev likes fanart. When fans take time to create art based on his creation it shows that those fans remain interested in, and care about, the project. If anything, finding decent fanart in a sea of stupid emails probably give Yandev some hope and makes him feel a little better about life. (I know it would make me feel better about having wadded through all those stupid emails).

That is so sad that this is 100% true. People are going to continue to spam you with incredulously stupid e-mails, just because you ask them not to. It is with a heavy heart, that I say that this plague of stupid e-mails will NEVER END. People believe that they are completely safe (and they unfortunately are) from any type of consequence. There really is no way to stop Midoris. Even more so since LoveSick( or Yandere simulator, idk) is becoming more famous. Best of luck YandereDev!!
Okay, this is starting to tear it. True, YandereDev really needs to place information someplace where it doesn’t get drowned by blog posts. He could deal with things a little better, but it needs to be said: If you’re sending him an email, reconsider! 99% of the time, he gets that question a lot and most likely has answered it somewhere. Even if you think the question or the point is legit, and even if it actually is, my considerable time following this blog has taught me that YandereDev won’t agree anyway. He is an extraverted game dev, but doesn’t really desire to be communicated with anymore.
Also, YandereDev, this is the umpth time you’ve addressed this. That means that it didn’t work the other n times. By now it should be clear that the email problem can’t be outright solved. I will say this as many times as I need: Every attempt at resolving this issue results in an ephemeral solution at best and an outright waste of time at worst. While your blog posts about this problem are getting shorter and less time-consuming, ideally you would stop making those posts altogether.
Don’t get me wrong, take as long as you need working on this game, even if it takes three more years. But working on the game is preferable not only to reading useless emails, but also attempts to stop those emails from coming.
So just becuz of some peoples’ stupidity , we all get punished by not havin a new update ? Ok , I can live with that .

Second, the story for the male protagonist that i think it would be better if it’s a sequel to the female protagonist’s story.
Here’s the plot.
After a wile senpai decides to break up with Yandere-Chan, Yandere-Chan starts crying then senpai asks: “i’m really sorry. It’s okay!” Then Yandere-Chan screams: “NO! IT’S NOT OKAY!!!” Then she use the knife, points to senpai and stabs herself, senpai looks at the bloody knife on the floor and the blood dripping then tries to not look at it, Yandere-Chan, scared looks at senpai and asks: “Are you alright… Senpai?” Then senpai asks: “I’ve never felt better before.” Then he grabs the knife stands up and kill Yandere-Chan turning into Yandere-San.
After Yandere-Chan’s death the police arrives at school and senpai now Yandere-San ran away.
After weeks Yandere-San meets the hidden girl from the laptop and starts some love, but, Yandere-San knows that there’s some guys with the same crush as he, meets Info-Chan and then starts the game.

I made an LP video just today that I hit on a small glitch on, I decided it best to say in my video “don’t email YandereDev about this, it’s happened to me once, if I can repeat it a few more times, I’ll send it myself.”
I haven’t been able to hit a certain trigger yet, so I haven’t sent anything yet, plus with the next build coming out, it may even be fixed already.
Remember everyone, don’t email YandereDev about a glitch that happened in a Let’s Play. Make it happen yourself in the most recent build (or wait a couple days if an update is due shortly), and make it happen repeatedly with the same triggers, and record it yourself with all steps reproduced and briefly noted on like your fourth repeat of it actually happening!
