It’s been 17 days since the last update, so I decided to upload a new build containing my most recent progress and a bunch of bug fixes.

First, let’s get the miscellaneous additions and bug fixes out of the way:
- The outfit that the player has chosen for Yandere-chan will now be displayed on the title screen. (For debugging purposes, Yandere-chan’s title screen outfit can be changed using the F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5 keys.)
- Fixed bug that would allow Yandere-chan to freely run around in the “Heartbroken” game over screen if Senpai spotted her committing murder under very specific circumstances.
- Added a button prompt inside of Yandere-chan’s room that explains what button you’re supposed to press in order to access things (panties, corkboard, door, etc).
- Added an option in the Easter Egg menu to disable copyrighted music while Easter Eggs are active, so that YouTubers don’t get their videos flagged.
- Fixed bug that would cause Yandere-chan to perform the mopping animation without a mop in her hands if the player crouched while she was mopping.
- Fixed bug that would cause the “Lowest School Atmosphere” music to play when the “Highest School Atmosphere” music should have been playing.
- The player can now use the D-Pad to navigate the Challenge screen in addition to the keyboard and thumbsticks.
- Fixed bug that would cause an electrocuted girl to stop being electrocuted if she heard Yandere-chan laughing.
- Fixed bug that would make it possible to view Challenge images while leaving the Challenge screen.
- Modified “DK Mode” so that now all students are affected by it, not just Yandere-chan.
- The school uniform that you choose for Yandere-chan now appears inside of her home.
- Fixed bugs with keyboard navigation at the Challenge screen.
- Fixed Midori Gurin’s hair in her Student Info portrait.
- Fixed Pippi Osu’s hair in her Student Info portrait.
- Changed the “horror” music at the title screen.
- Added music to the “DK Mode” easter egg.
- Added a new student to the game.
Student Info
The game’s newest feature is something that may not seem very exciting at first glance, but will actually be very important in the final version of the game. It’s the Student Info screen!
The Student Info screen will tell you which students you have taken a picture of, which students are dead, and which students you have taken a panty shot of.
Taking a picture of a student will show you their Student Info, which can be accessed at any time from the Student Info menu.
Info-chan now displays more information than she previously did: This screen now displays a student’s reputation and also some additional information about them.
Some students need to be stalked before their “Additional Information” section is filled out:
You might think that this new feature is boring, because it’s not directly related to harming your victims. However, this screen will actually be an essential part of the next elimination method that will be added to the game! Just you wait; very soon, you will learn just how important the Student Info screen can be!
If you have a keen eye, you may have noticed that there seems to be a new student in-between Pippi and Midori on the Student Info screen…just who could that be, I wonder?

Nice work as usual. I’ve not checked in for a while on the project, but I’m definitely surprised by the amount of progress you’ve made. As before with fixing the stray poly on the hair model and such, I’m always willing to help out if you’ve got anything you need help with in the texture, model, or sound departments. Looking good so far. I hope in the next update, students and teachers will react to Yandere-chan being naked.

Now the characters still spin in circles, after I take a picture of them, the camera shutter goes realllyyy slow, I have been trying to take a picture of the new character, but everytime I try, he dodges where I point the camera (not sure if intentional) Also, The green-haired girl (I will learn names eventually) Is known as having a crush on Senpai, and not the purple haired girl.

I know your probably aware, But the streaming assets are missing, Other than that when you first launch the game it is a pink screen…Is this just prolonged loading or is this the infamous glitch?
Your download was probably corrupted, or you didn’t let the full thing extract.
YandereDev! Welcome back! I’m glad that you returned and you already fixed all those bugs and added something new.
I hope in the next update you’ll be able to take panty shots and pay with them in the Favor Menu.

I really hate to ask this but since it’s becoming a bigger part of the game, could you maybe change the buttons for taking a photo? On my laptop I can’t use two mouse buttons at the same time so I’m unable to take pictures. I hope you read this and I’m sorry to bother you.
I believe you are able to change the game controls from the launcher?

Yes, if you click input you can click on a control and press a button on your keyboard to assign it to that control. If you click horizontal + for example and press H, it’ll be the H button that makes Yandere-Chan move right.

Nice! A new male student!! This game really needs more male characters.
I noticed that when Yandere-chan changes out of her school uniform and the uniform falls to the ground, it’ll still revert back to the default look instead of the one you chose. Could you please change this in the next update?
The next elimination method won’t be much of an “elimination” method, per se, but it will be cupid. Yandere-chan will be playing the Cupid game next build!
WARNING!, SPOILER AHEAD ON THE THIRD RIVAL
THAT NEW STUDENT IS THE 3RD RIVALS SECOND CRUSH, SHE IS THE PRESIDENT OF COOKING CLUB, AND HE IS IN THE COOKING CLUB AS WELL.
Does that mean a new female student will be added into the game soon?
What? Cooking Club? There is nothing on the wiki about a cooking club and none of the students seem to be in that… Is this Twitter info? What did Yandere Dev say about a cooking club?

Every update gets me more excited. I love how detailed the game is getting and I can only hope that it keeps growing. Yanderedev has a great sense of humor too.
NOPE, EVEN BADDER THAN I THOUGHT, THE NEW STUDENT IS ACTUALLY IN A GAMING CLUB AND HAS A BIG CRUSH ON PIPPI.
I think in the next update it’s going to be added the ”Convincing studens to fall in love” feature, And you need to make Pippi and Ryuto fell in love

Hello, Yandere Dev.
This game is one of the best I’ve ever met (even in its current state). I’m sure that you are improving it as hard as you can and keep the high quality.
But the new release brought one little problem. The “horror” music at the title screen. I believe that the old one was better than the new one. It was darker and gloomier, it was making me shiver. I can’t say the same for the new one.
I’m sorry for my childish behavior, but may you return the old one back?
I will approve any decision that you’ll take.
